Quiet and peaceful for good night sleep. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Definitely our first choice for traveling through the area or visiting the Colorado Springs/Denver area. BEST value for sure. Our stay was peaceful, restful and so convenient! There was just enough lighting to see but not too much that it was bright in the windows. Perfect location off the highway! Cindy, Your campground was absolutely perfect for what we needed and you brought us so much peace during what could have been a stressful event in searching for a last minute place to stay. We will definitely be back again!

We met Cindy the owner and she was so nice. We only stayed one night but we would definitely come here again.

We stayed one night mid October, 2020. Called to see about a spot and Cindy was very pleasant and helpful. We visited with one of the Park regulars; he spoke highly of Cindy and her husband. The site is very clean. We highly recommend Trailing Edge Park.

Very nice park for an overnight stay or longer. Cindy is the greatest host! We had a very long, level gravel site. We could easily have stayed hooked up if he hadn’t needed to get diesel and DEF fluid. Yes, we’d stay here again for sure.

I rarely write reviews. This an exception. Cindy was very responsive by phone, met me at the entrance, and took me straight to my site. As others have said, the place is new, sites are level, and utilties are well placed. Overall fantastic experience. These are the kind of people you wan't to support!

If you have a self-contained site and don't need facilities or an office this is the place.This little park is very new; sewer, electric and water all new facilities. The water hookup is different with an electric plug for freezing nights, and the connection is turned on by a push-twist setup (see the picture). There are no services here, no bathrooms, no showers, no office. I stayed 2 nights at $30 each night. Although there is no office Cindy is available by phone and very responsive. She is there to help you get organized.For me, I'll take the great price over shared bathrooms.
