The sites were close. Friendly staff. pull they sites. Felt it was pricey for the amenities. Next to the interstate. The internet they provided was lacking.

Typical KOA (in my experience) being clean, well maintained, and fairly level. Very high water pressure so have a regulator. Lots of gravel and good Verizon and AT&T signal. Has a small dog run, but they are adding on a rather large dog run which will be done sometime spring of 2020. Friendly staff. As per the previous reviews. We called a few hours before arrival and the folks at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. When we were assigned a site, they stuck us between two rigs that were definitely set-up to winter here... when most of the rest of the campground was empty. The sites don't give you much space between (maybe 10'?) so we were neighborly. Bathrooms were clean - although didn't use them. Not much in the way of winter amenities - but there is a (closed for the winter) pool and promise of a forthcoming dog park. But the mud... oh lort that mud! We couldn't enter our rig without dragging it in - along with wood chips that have been spread to maybe try and squelch it, unsuccessfully - which makes for a constant fun game of 'clean up the mud'. Entry drive to the park will let you know how muddy stuff is about to be. We actually almost aborted upon seeing that entry, but the allure of 50A with impending 20 degree weather was too great. Running/walking in this area is sparse. Views from park are not great.

No gravel, no concrete. There literally was a pile of mud near our driver door AND near the passenger door, too. So it rained the night we stayed here and it was super gross. If you are fine with having everything covered in mud after leaving, this place is for you!Very disappointed in this KOA and frankly don’t think this RV park meets their standards. Our rig’s jacks were not fitting inside of the skinny spot. You are right next to the freeway so the noise was expected, but they also sandwiched us between 2 RV’s when there was an entire row of empty spots. Spot #6 was right next to the playground, so we were awoken by the shrieks of happy children before we were ready to wake up, which did not make us happy.I can’t believe we paid $45 for a night at this crap hole.

When I get free time from work this is our default on short notice as there is not much to do in Limon but if you just like being at your rig then this place is good for you. They are doing some upgrades here so there is construction work, it is also right off I-70 but once in your camper you can't hear it. My phone is a Pixel 2XL on Google Fi so I can switch between Sprint and T-Mo, T-Mo is full LTE, Sprint is very poor as in I got no connection forcing to sprint.

We were trying to stay ahead of the snow. Stayed one night. The bathrooms were clean and warm. Enjoyed the hot water for the showers. Easy on, easy off of I-70 freeway. The freeway is right next to the campground.

The family that owns and operates the campground is very hospitable and did everything to make our stay better from bringing us hot pizza (we arrived after dark, hungry, tired) and getting us ice and soda to helping us find things like their laundry facilities (clean and bright) to their game room (kids loved it). It's off the highway so you can hear vehicles in the background, but far enough away to not interfere with our sleep. The views are amazing, it's great to stand outside and look around.
