There is a 1 1/2 miles of narrow, gravel road leading into this campground which is not advertised. The park is a grassy field which mostly long term sites. We arrived to find one of our sites had been taken & there was no one working at the park. We called & were offered a bedraggled site to share hookups with a permanent & run down rv. The hookups were a tangled mess & the spigot was broken. Combined with the traffic noise & the run down condition of the park in general, we did not feel comfortable and left.

Found this through Passport America. We just needed one night and electricity to run AC’s and CPAP. It was 90° and we were tired, but we didn’t end up staying. Very few open spots— Park is much bigger than their site indicates and it’s almost entirely filled with long-term residents in very long-term RVs. Grassy lot which hadn’t been mowed in ages.We were greeted by the owner from her vehicle, as she was leaving. She said to make ourselves at home and she’d come collect the money later. We parked and plugged in— and had no power. We wandered the park and found power was off to the whole park. We left and on our way to the highway we passed the manager. She slowed down and rolled her window down so we stopped to tell her there’s no electricity and that’s a dealbreaker. “Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you that.” I’m sure. It’s weirdly located, right next to the highway, but the exit to get there is a bit far away. A long access road to get there, much of it rough dirt. Not sure how this even passes for an RV Park, but here we are.
