We were about to be their other neighbor. We were assured someone would take care of this problem the next day. Two days later, someone finally showed up. On the power pedestal, 30 amp has open ground, shocking the steps of trailer. Luckily, we had a 50 amp adapter. We went to report it and no one seemed to care. Very low lying area. If it is raining don’t stay here. The grounds need a lot of care. Super tight sites. Would not stay again.

This campground is the pick of the litter at exit 303. The park looks like an ex-KOA and has a few full timers. Our site was level, full service and paved. I have a 35 ft Class A. Little run down campground with very poor wifi, septic tank smell and rough roads. I"ll never go back. Very high power bill.

This is just an average campground. On the upside it's quiet. There are a few trees so you get a little shade. The lots are large. The lots are large. They actually put us in a lot that was specified for 70' and larger campers (we're around 61' total with truck) right next to the office. The electrical seemed to have a bit of an issue as it didn't initially trip both breakers when we flipped it on and we had to reset it. We did end up getting full power. We didn't use the bathhouse other than a quick trip to the toilet on arrival. Access is with code. Bathhouse is old but clean. Pool closes early at 7pm so we didn't get to use that either. It looked like there's a lot of full-timers here with a few units appearing to be broken down. One tent camper that has from the looks of it been living there quite a while (a ton of stuff amassed around that tent and not in a good way). Some of the people looked a bit on the sketchy side. We would stay here again if just passing through, but would look for other options as well. We would not come just to stay here.Lot rental includes cable but we didn't try it out. Wifi was slow, and Verizon cell gave us 2 bars at 4G.All in all, not bad for a quick one night stopover, but not somewhere we'd want to stay for long.
Extremely convenient, comfortable campground

It was great for our overnight stay where we could get in/out quickly and easily. Very restful here. We had benches between sites, but no picnic table. There is a bit of road noise from 441. Not far from downtown Lake City. We drove to Marion Street Bistro and Brewhouse for a great dinner.
