The rate was $30 even, no extra tax or fees for FHU, level pull through spot. Area is gated , which is a nice added security and Ignacio is decently close to Durango for a Basecamp. We loved it and would stay again. There are a lot of long term rigs, but all was quiet and we saw no one. Did not check out the showers.
