I stayed there for several years before I was able to escape to my own land. In the time I was there:- the management ran off numerous customers as they literally don't care if the customer is happy or not. They get their money- a neighbor was murdered on the next property over (not their fault but still noteworthy)- my guests ...moreI stayed there for several years before I was able to escape to my own land. In the time I was there:- the management ran off numerous customers as they literally don't care if the customer is happy or not. They get their money- a neighbor was murdered on the next property over (not their fault but still noteworthy)- my guests were yelled at for breaking unwritten and unsaid rules (no rules sheet, no rules signage)- told I could find somewhere else to park anytime I tried to work with them when being yelled at for breaking one of their random rules- owner getting into fist fights with family membersThey are not interested in making their customers happy, they know they can find someone else to fill your spot most likely so they make zero effort. No amenities, less than 10 feet between trailers, no laundry, had to get my own internet as the wifi was terrible.

I called here just to find out about availability. Was looking for information for the summer. They do not take summer reservations until April (which certainly makes trip planning difficult because if you wait until April and are not able to secure a spot, good luck finding something anywhere else by then. They do not take summer reservations until April (which certainly makes trip planning difficult because if you wait until April and are not able to secure a spot, good luck finding something anywhere else by then. But of course, that's just how they operate. No complaints about that.) What bothered me is that the lady who answered the phone would barely even let me ask my question(s). She kept cutting me off and reiterating that they wouldn't take a reservation yet, or that they couldn't guarantee a spot, or how full they are now or expect to be. None of which I was asking about. It was just strange. In hindsight, from the sound of her smacking her lips, I think I must have mistakenly reached her during her lunch break and she simply wanted off the phone as quickly as possible to not be bothered. No problem. I got the info I needed. Price to stay is steeper than other places, and the location is not in the center of town. I'm happy to keep looking and skip this spot.
