The #1 reason you don't want to stay here is it smells like a dairy farm, almost all the time. You can't sit outside and enjoy yourself, no one does. Other 'issues' were Bus Depot next store with a loud speaker, so if you don't want to hear that Joe has arrived with Tacos over the loud speaker... the buses also kick up the dust. There were neighbors, not sure if in the RV Park or in the houses next door that would set off fireworks around 9:55 pm, sounded like gun fire. There was entirely to much dust, granted it was dry, and they have the speed limit set to 5 mph, you will still need to wash your rig and of course, you can't do it here. If you are going to stay for 3 weeks it is cheaper to just tell them you are staying there for a month and pay the monthly rate. If you tell them you are only staying 3 weeks, they won't let you have the monthly rate. It does have a very large dog park, but there were a few aggressive dogs there while we stayed there so we didn't get to use it as much as we would've liked. One guy had an aggressive dog and he wouldn't leave the RV Park until his dog used the restroom, so he occupied the whole park during that time. The dog park also has fire ants by one of the entrances. Other dogs in the rv park were a problem, you were never sure if they would get off their leash and break free, all snarling and aggressive. Washers and Dryers were cheap and worked, there is a library and a movie library in the office. The long term residents give off the sad vibe. Like they would like to be somewhere else, but can't.

We stayed on their south area which was easy to park our 40ft fifth wheel. The town of Greeley has all your needed amenities. There's a highway leaving Greeley heading North to Cheyenne WY. So you can avoid the interstate.

Park was nice but small sites. Called to check availability told them 2 adults and 3 kids was told $38/night. We came in late, so paid next day to find out kids r $5 each. Which is somethings normal but wasn’t mentioned when we made the reservations. Dog park was big and nice.

Unlike Colorado state parks with all their added fees (would of been $58.00 for us). The park is located near hwy 34 but noise was light even with windows open. This is an older park, but is being updated. The water, sewer and electric appear newer. Each spot is dirt/ gravel, but level. You get a concrete slab with a picnic table and a strip of green ( grass and weeds) that is mowed and watered. The laundry needs updating. The showers are single rooms, was very clean at 8am and water preasure was good. Office staff were very friendly and helpful, as are the maintenance workers. Would recommend this RV park. Gave it 4 stars only because of the age.

On the ‘Plus’ side, it was close to town....not far away from everything....and relatively easy to get in and out. On the ‘Down’ side it is noisy, being close to both a busy highway and, apparently, a busy rail line. If, like us, you are visiting someone in town, it’s okay: we had Full ‘Hook-Ups’....and access to Laundry if we needed it, Restrooms, Dumpster, a little Dog Run area, and there is even Exercise Equipment in the main building, if you are so inclined. However, being packed in close together like sardines is not our preferred way to Camp, and if we had not been visiting someone in town, it is not likely we would have stopped in here. Most RVs here, by the look of it, are semi-permanent. For ‘transients’ this is an okay stop, but....not one that is likely to be a ‘Highlight’ of your journey.

It was quiet enough and the staff was friendly but this is bare bones and nothing fancy. The sites were very narrow and the park appeared to have a high percentage of people that were permanent, the rest (a small percentage) were there for one night only.It isn't in a very nice part of town and we didn't speak with any other campers in the four days we were there, which is weird for us.We will stay there again because the location is key for us but we won't stay any longer than needed.
