The sites have grass strips between them and each site has a fire pit and picnic table. The “club house” has a nice coin-op laundry, a ping pong table, foos-ball and pool table. There’s also a hot tub, small pool and pickle ball courts. They also have a small grocery w basic camping gear for sale. The resort is ~1.5 miles from a Kroger grocery store and the huge Mesa Mall shopping area. No cable TV, but plenty of broadcast stations. Unlike many parks the Wi-Fi actually worked very well! If you have bikes make sure you ride the River front trail! This is our second stay here and it won’t be our last. The only downside is it’s right next to I-70, so you’ll hear traffic noise, especially if you’re at the north (least expensive side) of the resort.

Plenty of room for our truck camper! Bathrooms and showers were nice and clean. We also enjoyed a game of pickleball! Great place, quiet and just perfect!

Although the website showed that there were no vacancies, I called them because that sounded like it couldn’t be quite right. They don’t accept any online reservations after noon for that same night, so their vacancies zero out on the website sometime in the early afternoon. There were lots of vacancies. The owner/staff person Jeanne was very friendly and put us in a spot that would be close to the showers, since we travel in a camper van. The bathrooms are family bathrooms: shower sink and toilet in one room. Very nicely built, inside and out. Very clean as well. They have a lot of amenities we could not use on an overnight stay in November, such as a pool, outdoor spa, and room and equipment for various family sports. But it is well-kept and secure, and we would happily stay there again.

We had ample space for our 37-ft fiver and dually. Site was level and had concrete patio with picnic table, fire pit, and small grassy area between us and neighbors. You also have a nice view of Colorado National Monument, Grand Mesa, Mt. Garfield, and the Sawatch Range from pretty much anywhere in the park. They also offer hard-line internet at $40/mo which carried speeds upward of 70mbs down. Even without that, our AT&T signal was often pushing 20mbs or higher down. The location is terrific for exploring, as you’re no more than a couple of hours from Arches, Canyonlands, Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Colorado National Monument, and Dinosaur National Monument. The only downside is that our row of sites literally sat about 30 ft from the interstate. They have a large stone wall for separation and sound dampening, but it can only do so much and so the road noise (at least at our site) was pretty egregious, which made fire pit nights much less enjoyable. Overall, I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for a nicer park, but try to stay away from the North side sites if you can.

We came out to Grand Junction for a trade show. We brought our 4 dogs and rented site E58 with the dog enclousure. We took advantage of the two dog play areas as well too allow them plenty of play time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are great restrooms with full showers which we used every night.

We have a 36 ft Class A with a Cherokee Trailhawk tow and stayed in site B02 for 4 days in mid June. The temperatures were into the 100’s in the area. The sites are nice, more widely spaced than most private CGs and the sites are angled, so you’re not looking directly in your neighbor’s windows. The sites are gravel, with a concrete patio, a “grassy” area, table and fire pit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is close to I-70 and the road noise is quite noticeable if you’re outside. The restrooms, showers and pool are very nice. The WiFi was fair with speeds of around 0.5 MB/s. AT&T coverage was good, with 2-4 Bars of LTE service and speeds up to about 6 MB/s. There are no tall trees at the sites (yet), so we were able to get DISH coverage on all three western satellites at our site. There were 19 OTA channels to be had with our fixed omni antenna. There are about 30 wineries in the Grand Junction, Clinton & Palisade area. Two of the three we visited, TWP and Colorado Vintners Collective, had some very nice offerings.

Our neighbor got yelled at for cleaning the bugs off his windshield of his motorhome... BUT! It's open. It's easy to get in and out of. Lots of pull-throughs. We came to escape the heat for a few days. Everything was clean - it IS brand new... Lots of kids at the pool & around the park. Just wasn't our 'cup of tea.' Maybe you'll have better luck!

large sites, built for large rigs with plenty of space between. Friendly staff, clan and well kept, but then this is a new campground.
