Even though the website is for Thousand Trails/Encore, the rates provided are not correct. Nor do they accept Good Sam. I discussed this overtly deceptive pricing with the very kind office manager. I even provided a screenshot showing the final quoted rate ($48 plus tax less GS discount = $46.44). Yet the rate in the office is $75. They would apparently make you pay the difference if you made an online reservation. I won't go into their justification for this as it made no sense. Our site was level once we go the parked car in our space moved. Hookups were OK except for the antiquated fuse system. All sites are FHU. Rigs are right next to each other in an alternating pattern with many permanent sites. It fit the needs for the night as all the parks in the area were completely full. And with it being very hot and smokey, hookups were essential. The park WiFi at 5 Mbps is pay (did not use) but our ATT hot spot gave us 30 down & 18 up in the middle of the day. T-Mobile 5G - 250 down & 42 up.
