Laundry room is clean, washing machine is $2.25 per load (30 min) and Dryer is $1.50 for 45 min. Washer is smaller than average. Dryer took two cycles to dry thoroughly. The new site doesn’t have WiFi despite the owner sent me a text message (two hours later after I asked him about the SSID and passwd). I can’t find the SSID per his text. Since I recently retired from 30+ yrs of IT work, I believe I’m correct to say there is no FREE WiFi in this new site. Verizon has two bars and hotspots works ok for YT streaming.T-Mobile has no service.BTW - The new site is closer to I-70, but the noise from the highway is still minimum.

I had some fixing of my camper to do before I could get on the road again and was trying to figure out how to get it done without the proper tools and resources. Haden, the RV host, was very helpful- assisted with getting me all the help and resources needed. It's a spacious park, with a large pavilion for BBQs and hanging out, bathrooms, and a park. Full hook-ups right at each site. There's a long term park too with laundry and a cafe. I worked remote with an AT&T hot spot with no issues while there. T-Mobile had dicey signal. I felt completely welcomed, met great RVers there, and could not have been happier with my stay. Haden is a top notch human being and his dedication to his RVers and his park shows. Thank you Haden! I'll be back.

There is a playground across the street with little traffic. While I would stay here again if needed, I will probably plan to stop either in Colby, KS or Burlington, CO in future trips as the park is sufficient and accessible, I think that $40 is on the high side for such a park.

We were traveling from Utah to North Carolina and needed a place to spend the night. This place is safe, clean, has level sites and Haden was a fantastic host. If you need a no frills place to spend the night - this place is perfect. It also had some of the most modern electric hookups we have ever seen.

We are in a 41’ motorhome towing a 25’ enclosed trailer and there was no problems pulling in without unhooking our tow. Yes it’s a big open field with hook ups in a small town but well worth the $40.00. Would definitely do another overnight here.
Less of an "rv park," more of a "field with hookups"

There is a small park across the street that our daughter enjoyed playing at, and a baseball diamond where we were able to use our long leash to throw the ball for our dog. Overall, I am glad we didn't let appearance deter us from staying here. The elevation is about 5600ft, so it is a great place to stop for the night and start acclimating to the elevation if you are headed into the mountains. The owner, Hayden, was very nice. The internet was decent enough for my husband and I to get some work done, and the (Verizon) cell service was good enough to FaceTime the grandparents back home. They have bathrooms on site, but we did not use them, so I cannot speak to their cleanliness.

It wasn’t nice. Seemed very rundown. Decided to just keep driving. Would only recommend if you had no where else to go. Also little to no service was dropping phone calls and no ability to look for other places to stay.

Genoa is located on the plains of eastern Colorado and very close to I-70. It’s about 100 miles to Denver. The park has wide pull through sites on gravel/dirt and FHUs . There is a small building with restrooms and showers and a covered picnic table area with BBQs. If you are traveling with kids, there is a nice town playground across from the RV park. We saw several cottontail rabbits that would be glad to share their space with dogs that might need to get out and play after a long day in the coach, truck, or car. ATT and Verizon worked. So did our portable Dish. The owner, Hayden, is very nice; he also runs a long term campground nearby and a cafe a couple blocks away. We would stay here again.

Due to the hour we arrived he said we could pay him in the morning since we would only be there one night. We called him the next morning as we were getting ready to pull out so we could pay him. He showed up promptly and we were on the road. Very nice guy!Amenities: We hooked up to water and 50 amp electric. Worked great. Internet came in good and we even got about 20 tv stations over air without having to set up our dish. No pads, only sandy dirt to park on and was level. There is a cafe in town that he owns. We weren’t there long enough to explore the small town but would definitely return when traveling through again. It seemed very safe!

After traveling through a rain storm at night called and pulled in. Easy hook up, big spaces, little overpriced at $38. Grain elevator noise but once air was on you could not hear it. Easy in and out. Would stay again

Very small town. There is a cafe owned and ran by the owner of the park. If you want away from big city life, this is a great place. There are trains nearby but you dont really hear a lot of road noise.
