This is a smaller park with tight spots that are separated by hedges. We enjoyed this spot and the people that work there. Ken and Ashley were so nice to deal with. You can walk to the dunes from the site.

We were looking for an overnight spot and found this place. It was a Sunday night and no one was there but they posted the available spots and we found a nice, level, quiet spot. Showers were clean.

We loved this park. Very nice, helpful owners. There are plantings between the sites which makes it feel private. They have a dog park on the property as well as a large area on the lake which is across the street. We would have stayed longer but they were fully booked for Labor Day weekend.

Sites are private and plenty long enough. Great access to the dunes. Inexpensive laundry and clean facilities. Wifi sucks but that's fairly normal for RV parks. Cable TV is snowy. Great access to the lake across US-101.

Direct access to the dunes right from the park - this place is a dream if you want to race around the dunes with a RZR or a quad. Our kids loved climbing and playing in the dunes too. Also directly across the 101 is Woahink Lake.We visited the sea lion caves and the light house while we were here, and Florence is just a few miles away with a bunch of great shops and restaurants. This is a pretty excellent destination, we will be back.

Hedges separate each site to create privacy. The dunes are accessible from a lane at the back of the park. Laundry, bathroom and shower are all available. The wifi is screaming fast - we streamed shows on 2 different occasions. We were given 1 night free because we stayed a week. Woahink Lake is directly across the street which was easy enough to cross. Down the street 2 miles is a beautiful park (Honeyman Memorial State Park) that offers great hiking and a boat ramp. A few miles north is Florence which offers some more great views, restaurants and a nice shopping area. Owners are real people, pleasant, generous and helpful. Can't say enough good things about it. The campground is a favorite for families that want to get on the dunes. They were all pleasant and except for a little rumbling in the morning while everyone was heading it was not noisy.

The park is very compact but somehow huge Toy haulers and MHs with long trailers all fit comfortably. This is the go to park for dune access. The park has a four wheel drive to the dune at the back, as well as a set of steps up. These put you right at the top of the dunes. We worried that the four wheelers would be noisy but we never heard them even once. This is not a park of rowdy riders, but every site had at least two it seemed. The park was full every night of our stay but was very quiet. Most of the sites are pull through and long enough for a 45 ft MH and long trailer. Each site is lined with tall hedges which makes for excellent privacy. The sites are gravel with paved roads. The W/E were excellent. The park owns a large piece of shoreline on Woahink Lake across the road. They have a boat dock, small sand area for entering the water to swim, and a huge brass lawn for sitting. It is fenced from the road for privacy. A great feature...perfect for a family gathering. There is also a game room. The park WiFi was very good, and we used it during our entire stay. Verizon cell service is very weak. We could only talk on the phone is we plugged in our booster. Otherwise, it broke up the whole time. We were parked near the road but were surprised at how quiet it was. There are a few sites that have tall pines that will block satellite dishes. We had satellite in #3 but #4 is totally blocked with trees in the back.

Large hedges between sites give a good sense of privacy although there is no view and interior roads are pretty narrow.Very strong free WiFi. FHUs with 50 amp and good water pressure. We didn't use the on site laundry or shower house This is a smaller park and the staff are very friendly. Well maintained.
