Open all year, but the phone was disconnected. 100 sites with full hook-ups (only a few plowed and open). Toilets and showers (were closed and locked when we visited 2/3/16). Located in very small town in a wide open space. Other than the park owner, we were only people in park that night so we were allowed to let our dogs run free. There were four other full time resident looking rv's in the park but we didn't see any cars/residents.
