The park is well designed, well kept and clean. The rest rooms and showers (only 2 for all 24 sites) were immaculate. Most guest were in large units with their own bath facilities. Laundry was likewise. The integrated lodge has a nice restaurant and riverside patio bar. The Rio Grande (a Gold Metal trout stream). flows along the property and there is no highway noise.
Great location on the Rio Grande!

The campground is pretty basic in its nature, but that is what makes it great. The spots are gravel/dirt and level, but have a cement deck and picnic table. There are old original cabins and a restaurant on site which was great to have when not wanting to cook or go into town for food. The access to the Rio Grande is amazing and there is a great suspension bridge to the other side for fun exploring. Both Antlers and Creede are amazing and I will for sure be back!
