Had planned to stay at the park, checked it out in person beforehand - really glad we did

Was not impressed with this park at all. So much that we cancelled our reservation and found someplace else to stay. RV spots are small and are in total sunlight all day. They allow tent camping towards the back of the property, where there's shade. The park felt crowded and there were numerous piles of "stuff" that had old tattered tarps covering them. When we initially called to make a reservation the lady answering the phone was nice, but didn't ask for a credit card or many other details besides name and dates. Didn't give us the feeling like we had a "guaranteed" spot. It's close enough to Grand Mesa, but for the extra distance I'll just camp up there instead.
