We absolutely loved it and thought we would continue to go back every year until they raised the monthly rate to a ridiculously high price. Anyway, this year we only went for 2 weeks instead of the whole season because we love skiing at Breckenridge. I really wish their winter monthly rates were more reasonable like they used to be so we could spend winters there again. It's a beautiful park with very nice amenities. Wifi doesn't work well at all, but we bring our own internet devices so it didn't matter. Verizon & T-Mobile work very well, AT&T was okay.

The main and big issue we had with it was the constant loud road traffic from Hwy 9 as well as construction noises within the campground during the day. Little chalets are being built throughout the campground. Also, there were no road signs so it took a frustrating half hour to find our site when we arrived. The pros was being able to walk over to hike the Gold Hill Trailhead, and easy access to Breckinridge snd Frisco.

Breck itself is a short drive up the road and was crowded as ever (yet also pretty as ever). Resort itself is clean, feels safe and its amenities are second to none. In this category one could argue that trash pickup at the site should be included yet we didn’t mind. This is a mixed cabins/RV resort. We will stay again.

We had a change of plans and needed to book a same day stay and had to call. The girl that answered was so nice and helpful. We were staying for 6 nights but the spot we wanted wasnt available for the first night. The girl asked if we had dogs and put us at a spot closest to the dog park that was a pull thru, which was awesome. Their clubhouse with laundry facilities were some of the best I have seen at any of the places we have stayed. They accepted credit card and were very reasonably priced and clean! We can’t wait to stay again - close to the slopes for an easy drive too!

We had a regular pull thru (not the deluxe). It was roomy and long with a good amount of space for sitting. The grounds were really nice with lush landscaping. It is a very peaceful park. There is a good sized dog park as well and they have cameras to catch people leaving their dog crap so as you'd imagine, there was none to be found. I'm totally fine with cameras if it keeps things clean. This is a big rig friendly park with a lot of high end Class A's everywhere. The roads are in good shape and easy to navigate. Even with the high end aspect, it did not feel snooty at all.Wifi was typical...barely usable. Verizon and ATT both had good data speeds w/out a booster. The surrounding area has a ton of things to do. Downtown Breckenridge is fun but don't miss Frisco as it's also got a lot to do and is a little less crowded. Vail is a quick 35 min drive. We were sad to leave and I really could not think of anything this park could do better.

Our site had no grass it was all concrete which was difficult with our dogs, so if we stayed again we would try to get a site with grass. Overall I’d recommend!

So mind that it is not common space.

We have an airstream and saw many other travel trailers on property. There are restrictions on the age of the trailer though. We got an excellent site along the river. There is a clubhouse with a pool, hot tubs, basketball and tennis courts, and game room. While this place was very expensive it was a welcome night of luxury after our marathon drive from Tennessee to Colorado in 36 hours. The staff at checkin were extremely friendly. WiFi was top notch and even allowed streaming. I recommend staying here.

Tiger Run is off the chart nice, but it’s not really an RV Resort. About 80% of the sites have permanent park units so it lacks the atmosphere of a campground where folks stop by and talk. The facilities are amazing. It’s no doubt five stars, but if you want a campground feel, you might be disappointed.

Their sites are appropriately setup for winter camping with heated water taps. We arrived and upgraded our site to one of their Blue River sites. Jennifer in the office took time to show us some sites on the computer since it would be easier than hauling our rig through the park to look at them. Since they were not planning on using the site it was not plowed, but they were prompt to get it cleaned. Not sure I would upgrade again in the winter. The fire pits are snowed over and there is snow blocking access to the river gate at your site. Backing our rig in was a bit difficult to the size of the snowbanks surrounding the site. After a few tries we were able to get the rig turned into the site. The internet was weak considering we were right next to the fire pit repeater. They have a very nice clubhouse with some vintage video games, hot tub, and pool. The pool is kept at 85F which is a bit cold when coming in from the outside. Never the less it was nice to have, but really not usable. The park is quiet and enjoyable with a convenient location to Breckenridge, Frisco, Copper Mountain, and Leadville. For being the only game in town in the winter they still give the treatment they would give all year round under the winter conditions.

They let us park in our space, and I was on the phone for work when a maintenance individual came and knocked on the door. My little brother went outside to talk to him and he wanted to pressure wash the pad. Once my brother told him to please come back later, he literally threw his pressure washer hose into his cart, yelled at my brother, and went off (and didn't re-connect my water since that was the water he was going to use for washing). Just plain rude. - Wifi was MISERABLE! I wouldn't complain if I were paying $30/night but come on...for $80/night and you are full...you can figure this out (and I work from my RV so it's important for me).The reason for 3 stars is that they have the potential for 6 but I think they have a little too much Hubris!

We rented our spot directly through Tiger Run, although you may get a better deal if you can rent directly through an owner (search online). The location of the park was perfect for skiing this winter. Less than 10 minutes south to get to Breck, and about 10 minutes north to get Keystone, 20 to Copper Mountain, and about an hour to Vail and Beaver Creek. Summit County has awesome free transportation and there is a shuttle stop right outside the entrance of Tiger Run. The mountain views surrounding the park and the Summit County area are amazing and we miss it greatly. There are some nice amenities at the park including a couple of hot tubs, a pool, showers with lockers, a game room, fitness center ect. We met a lot of other full timers at the club house, and enjoyed having this available to us. The Colorado Trail also backs up to the park, with a handful of other trails branching off of it - so there were a lot of hiking options. We found the front desk employees to be very polite and professional, but unable to answer basic questions regarding our monthly stay. We found this to be the general consensus among other long term RVers. As we stayed during the winter months, they did an excellent job of plowing the roads within the park and making sure everything was RV accessible. Along with our monthly rental fee, we were responsible for paying our own electricity. If you are staying for the winter and are interested in renting a larger propane tank, contact Amerigas prior to your stay to get on the wait list, as they go fast. The free wifi here was not very useful and download speeds here were awful (0-1 1/2 mb) even with 2-3 bars Verizon LTE and a booster. When downloading large files for work, we had to go into town to snag some free wifi. Overall, this was the most we have ever paid for a park ( when you factor in electricity and propane), but we really enjoyed the area and the park, and will be back.
