I can’t say enough about the owners, very hospitable and kind. However, the RV park itself is not kept up. Garbage was overflowing out of the bin (possibly it was going to be picked up the day we left). Recycle bin was the same. Several old stuff laying around, just not kept up. There are several people who live here full time. Internet was very iffy but with our Verizon jet pack we could everything we need and wanted to do.
Decent Overnight Stay. Nothing Fancy.

If you need a quick pit stop before reaching New Mexico, this might work for you. We probably didn’t need to stop here after all. The town of Antonito doesn’t have too much to offer. A post office, a good coffee shop, a small restaurant. This RV campsite was on the way up to the mountains and about 15 minutes from town. It looked like many of the other RVs had been there for quite some time. The best part about the stay was that it was full hookups at a reasonable rate with the Good Sam membership. However we felt like maybe the website was a bit misleading. They did have a restroom/shower/laundry facility but was really rundown. The showers looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in decades. Couldn’t bring myself to take one in there. Laundry looked ok. They were doing some construction at the time so they may have been trying to update the facilities. Advertised Wi-Fi was non-existent and cell service poor. It’s an okay stop, but there’s probably something better if you need more amenities. Very welcoming and nice people so it’s not a bad choice if you have your own bathroom.
