Quiet and large spaces. Snowed our first 3 days here. We are in a freshly excavated space so it’s muddy because of the snow. Lots of long term residence and some mobile homes still here. Wifi is ok and we are about as close to it as you can get, 4mbps download and 2mbps upload. Verizon is 2 bars of LTE but speed is not great, 5mbps download and .3mbps upload. Looks like there are lots of things to do around here but we haven’t been out because of the weather.
