Called the day before and booked site 38. Probably the most level site we’ve ever had, right across from the laundry room and showers, which were both extremely clean. George checked us in; he was very friendly and explained everything perfectly. Game room had a nice pool table. There’s a swimming pool with an air conditioned clubhouse. Perfect for what we needed. We’d definitely stay here again.

Everyone we met was super nice and a couple of permanent residents we spoke with offered a ton of local and National Park information which we appreciated. The staff here is very friendly as well. Laundry room is clean and cheap, $1.00 to wash and $.50 to dry. There are a few older mobile homes here but the grounds are very well groomed and clean.Grocery stores and restaurants are all within a few blocks. With this park being in the middle of town you get all the amenities but what surprised us was the seclusion and quietness you don't usually find in this setting. If you need propane the cheapest place, recommended by another RV'er in the park, is at Visalia Tire and Wheel just a few miles down the road. They also performed and oil change for us at the last minute before we hit the road. Can't say enough good things about the owner and staff at Visalia Tire and Wheel. Check them out if you need tires, oil and lube, alignments, etc.We had great cell service here on T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon. All 3 carriers had strong 4G-LTE without the booster.Only real negative for us was the fenced dog run. It is basically half of one RV site fenced in. Issue for us, the fence was about knee high to our Great Dane which was cause for some really great laughs on our part. Of course if you have a "pocket-sized" dog it would be great. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this park and will definitely stay here again if in the area. It really is a great launching point for the National Parks.

We Wifi networks. We had problems initially but called Tengonet help line and they had us up in no time. Good speed internet.
