It is located not far off of highway 101. There is pavement all the way including the park. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic. Our site, D, was a Pull Through that was long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp, water and sewer) were to the left side. Distancing is very close. There is no foliage barriers between sites. It is slide to awning. There are no tables or fire pit. Our site was flat and even dirt with a sprinkling of gravel here and there. The included wifi internet worked reasonable well with a log in password. We did find a few OTA channels but all came in fuzzy. Satellite should not be difficult because there are very few trees. We did not use the washrooms or pay showers and could not check them as they were closed die to COVID. Within easy walking distance is a KFC and a Taco Bell. Other options are with in a quick drive. We found this park to be a well run, tight urban RV park. We paid $37.00 including a Good Sam discount per night and we feel we received fair value. This is okay for an overnighter. We would be back if in the area again.

Insane amount of ants at this place. Laundry room is a bit dirty especially the floors. Bathrooms and showers are still closed. Hosts don’t seem too happy to be there. Wifi is just alright. Stay if your just passing through but you will get ants fast!

We stayed here one night en route to Crescent City. The WiFi was great, full hookups. There was a huge branch in site U that almost didn’t allow us to push out our slides. The park is full of mostly full-time trailers. We were next to one that didn’t have a cover for their sewer and it smelled terrible at times. After being led here by the Elks RV campground host (we are not Elks), we entered the exit, but the hostess was very friendly and got us set for the night. The sites are tight, but not too tight. We did not use any of the off[site services (bathrooms closed due to COVID).

We had a nice full hookup 50 Amp pull through site. We were greeted upon arrivala by the park host who got us set up quickly. Bathrooms were closed due to Covid. They offer laundry and WIFI but we did not use. It was a little muddy and the sites were kind of narrow, but big enough for us. No picnic table and definitely no fires. The location is right in Central Ukiah, within 5 minutes or less of groceries, restaurants, a nice local brewery, and every big box store you can think of, including Costco. Lots of other cool places to explore in Mendocino County nearby. Also got lots of OTA Channels including major all the major networks out of the SF Bay Area. I would definitely stay here again!

My dogs didn’t notice any burrs and the staff was friendly. Laundry and restroom was very clean. Quiet park but some noise from the neighboring business. Great WiFi!

Not worth the easy access and cheaper cost. Old and dirty, the green area between the sites is solid stickers. We had to carry the dog to and from the car and take her off site just to do her business. They tracked in the rig and the car. Horrible.Sites are level and have full hookups. Access from Hwy 101 is easy. Ukiah has large stores like Home Depot and Kohls, plus car dealers and a few places to eat. We stayed for access to Fort Bragg on the ocean and to avoid the ridiculous cost of the KOA in Willits. Wouldn't do it again.
