We stayed in site 22 with our off-road caravan. The site is perfect for a small teardrop or off-road trailer like ours. Site 22 has electric and water but no sewer hookups. It is situated very close to the restrooms and showers. Perfect for our needs! The campground is about 20 minutes from Morro Bay and 30 minutes from Paso Robles. We took day trips to enjoy both areas.

  • Great location, lots to do.

I wish I knew the name of the lady that helped us she was so so kind! She checked us in quickly and gave us a reduced price since we couldn’t use any hook ups anyway plus our rental gave us discount! The campsite is lovely, large spaces, free showers and drinking water. A giant jumping pillow and emu topped off the campsites facilities!

Large KOA. Wide turn areas. Very quiet at night. It was cery hot while we were there. Use surge protector during high heat to orotect your rig from surges. Hosts and hostesses very nice and accommodating. I would go back again. Close to Morro Bay, Pismo, Arroyo Grande and Hearst Castle. Lots to do! Site 45 shaded by a tree.
