Beautiful location. Very clean and easy to find camp site. Very friendly campers and plenty of children. We had a 31’, 2 kids and a dog. The dog run was small, but effective. We didn’t have time to use the amenities but they did look very nice. We felt safe, the WiFi worked and we would stay again.
This place is amazing!

Sites are small width wise, but enough seperation to sit at their plastic picnic table and have a bbq. There is bushes running between the site for seperation, which is helpful. This place has 2 huge pools though they are only 4.5 feet deep. There is a not so hot, hot tub but we didnt use it anyways as it was over 95F every day. Washing/drying a load would set you back $3.50, this place also had really nice fitness equipment for those wishing to work out. Bathrooms! We made a quick trip to the restroom and was surprised with how nice they were. I think I counted 6 tiled seperate shower stalls! Just gorgeous and the fanciest I have seen while RVing. The only negative was we were near the trash and woke up at 6am to the trash truck scaring us. The traffic from the 101 was not a deal breaker for me, we used to live in the city and can tune it out. I do not envy anyone traveling south and having to turn left onto the 101. We used my itty bitty 2 dr car to explore town, and was able to make it across the traffic.
Terrific park except for the road noise

With our Passport America membership and a week's stay, our nightly rate was only $30. The spots are large and level and the park has nice landscaping. The clubhouse is also very large and has a new laundry room as well as a party room where they do wine tastings (we didn't try the tastings but it looked like they had a lot of options.) The park is also close to many Paso Robles wineries and easy to get to (right off Highway 101.) The flip side of this proximity to the highway is that you can hear and feel trucks driving by in the spots along the road. Even with a loud fan on at night, we found the sound to be disruptive.Dog-Friendliness:Good. We didn't have our pup with us to experience it, but the park says it has a pet area.Runner's and Biker's Rave: Good. While we didn't find any marked trails, you can run and bike on the road right across the highway from the park. It's a combination of dirt and paved roads but has pretty low traffic levels and takes you on a scenic path past wineries and farms.WHJ Insider Tip(s):Take advantage of the great rates available through Passport America. And ask about a spot away from the highway if noise bothers you.Overall, we'd stay at Vines RV Resort again if we could get a spot away from the highway.

Everything is in great shape. Sites, restrooms, showers, pools, laundry, etc. But no matter how nicely maintained the RV park is, it is not the main attraction. The region of Paso Robles is deservedly world-famous for its wineries and rolling hills. No matter where you drive, north, south, east, or west, you will find non-stop farms and vineyards, and endless tastings. If however you're looking for a campground or RV park to keep you entertained, you will be limited. And, sadly, it's also located directly on the 101. So pretty noisy.So... if you're into wines, then the Vines RV Resort is a very fine base park your rig. And we will certainly keep this on our list for the next time we're in the neighborhood.
Excellent RV Park.

There are hedges but some of the sites are still close together because of the angle. Ours was close; however, we were traveling with friends so it was not a problem. WII FI was good with our extender. Our friends didn't have an extender, and they had problems connecting. Directv connected without any issues, and Verizon had 4g and 3 bars. Great location for visting the local wineries. Two big dings – constant road noise from 101 and construction inside the park. We, unfortunately, were parked right next to the area where they stored the construction materials. Starting at 8:00am and ending at 5:00pm was the constant cacophony of bobcats running in and out of the storage area. We, literally, could not sit outside and even had to close the doors and windows inside so we could have normal conversations. We relayed our dissatisfaction to the park staff but there was no offer for compensation. If we had known ahead of time, we would have stayed somewhere else.
