We have stayed here on and off while either working on our Skoolie, or just hunkering down for the winter. The manager is super nice and helpful, and our kids love her to death. The park does have permanent residents in it, however, they usually keep to themselves. Sometimes however, they do make some commotion.
Not bad for a quick overnight but wouldn’t recommend

The place seemed to be mostly long term residents and everybody we met was nice, including the woman who checked us in.The bathrooms were clean enough but my main complaint is that somebody who lived here was having a party and blasting loud music all night. Like, really loud music. I had to use a white noise app to get any sleep and my wife had to use ear plugs. If you’re in a pinch and willing to risk the possibility of noise, it’s not a bad place, despite being a bit run down. But I won’t stay here again. There are a lot of boondocking sites nearby and also a great KOA maybe about 7-10 min down the road.
Great stopover to fuel up and keep going
