Stayed a week. Daily rate includes tax and fees. I wanted to stay a month for a lower monthly rate but they had nothing available. Neighbor told me that to get a monthly rate one had to sign up 6 months in advance. Parking is very close together. They do have a pool and hot tub however I didn't use them. Looked in on the showers but didn't use them either. People were friendly. Gravel, mostly level, site. There are some permanent residents in one section of the park. Close to Morro Bay and Los Osos. Weather here is moderate all year long however can get some marine layer fog. Some trees make it more palatable being parked so close to one another.
