In over 20 years of traveling for work and staying in many rv parks, this is by and far the worst we've ever had the misfortune of living in. While the grounds are clean, the spaces are tiny, VERY unlevel, all back-in, and not all have sewer. This 'park' is supposedly for the bar-b-q yearly cook off and they don't really care about rv'rs the rest of the year, and it shows! Believe me, it does show! The pavilion is rented out to late night partiers and they are allowed to blast their music without being checked. If an rv'r complains, despite the fact they've paid rent for their space, they'll get a call letting them know THEY are in the wrong for complaining and pavilion renters always come first. "Locals before RV'rs" is the motto. The grounds are not safe, either, as partiers from the pavilion are allowed to roam through the park, onto rented spaces and lean against renter's vehicles.Just pass this place up and go to Hico, Glen Rose, or Stephenville. Nothing in Meridian is worth being treated like crap and I am ashamed this place is even in my home state of Texas!
