The manager guided us into the site, which was level. The utilities were easily accessed and water pressure was fine. Would stay again because it is the only game in town when visiting family.

  • Run down, not well maintained, although everything worked.

The sites were difficult to pull into without scratching vehicles on bushes. Mostly full timers and transient workers. The trailer next to us had a steady stream of people coming and going all night.

  • Cheap in an expensive place but run down

Some of the small buildings are falling down and the showers were old. But they were clean and had very hot water. We asked dot stay down the grassy lane away from all of the full timers, and it was $5 less because it wasn’t full hookups there. Pleasant stay after all and got electric, water, shower, restrooms, and dump station for $30 per night. WiFi was barely usable at our spot. Very fast AT&T, not much from Verizon.

  • Nice setting. Big trees surround the park.

Mostly full-timers. Toilet/showers are old and run down, but clean. Recycling cans are overflowing and all over the ground. This at the park entrance. Very nice folks running the park. Easy in and out. OK for stopover, but wouldn’t stay as a destination.

This is one of our favorite RV parks so far - with the smell eucalyptus through out and a beautiful backdrop of trees. Charlie the owner was super helpful in guiding us toward backing in. The sites are a lil tight but it didn’t bother us too much. The RV park is right off the freeway which made it easy to get to.

This is California, so $30 for a powered campsite is a steal. That being said the grounds are dated but functional. The sites are very close together but there is foliage so it isn't a parking lot. The bathrooms and showers while clean are run down (understatement). The guy who runs the place is very nice and a character. Expect to be razed (in a nice way) when checking in. All in all, there are nicer places to stay nearby but expect to pay a lot more. We needed the cell service and decided to take the opportunity to top off our batteries.Verizon - 2 bars but not great data speeds even when boosted.T-mobile - 2 bars. Solid when boosted.
