The hosts of the campground greeted us upon arrival. She was friendly and pointed out where we would be staying. The other host came to get us backed up into the site. Was the quickest we have ever been able to get set up. Site was level and we had plenty of room. I will say that if you do choose to be closer to the the beach you will be right on top of your neighbors. Andersen’s is close to the town about 7min away. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place with a lot of rules. Mostly understandable. Spaces are close together, but since we have three large dogs I asked if we could be as rural as possible. I was told if the dogs barked we would have to leave. There very quiet unless someone knocks or is standing directly in front. Very nice park, we were greeted by a friendly person with a smile. We were escorted to our site and given some information about the area. Cell coverage and WiFi were great. Short walk to the beautiful beach and short drive to area attractions and town. Would definitely stay again.

Less than a week prior to the trip I found out that razor clamming would remain closed due to toxins and that there was a storm moving in with 60+ mile per hour winds and potential coastal flooding. I was aware that they had a zero refund policy for the entire reservation (not the single day charge that most places have), so I wanted to just switch my reservation to another week when the weather wasn't quite so extreme. I tried contacting them through their phone number several times and no one picked up, nor responded to my messages. I also emailed them (which was the suggestion on the phone message and the confirmation email), and also got no response. I was prepared to reschedule rather than losing my reservation fee, but it seems that their business model is to ignore customers and keep their entire reservation. I have nothing to say about the quality of the park, since I never got to stay there, but I would not recommend entirely on their lack of customer service and excessive cancellation policy.
Happy with a decision to stay here

In driving around Long Beach and looking at the competition it appears this setup is pretty typical. You are pretty close (an awning width distance). I have been fortunate in either not having a neighbor on both sides or they do not have slide-outs. Around the country I have had worse and paid more for it. For me, I don't mind the separation between the sites.I do see a lot of people with their own propane fire pits, so maybe policy changed since the prior reviews said it was not allowed. It is great to be just north of the busy downtown. Beach access for a vehicle is less than 5 min in either direction. Of course you can always simply walk to the beach from the rv park on their private trail (as other mention). The rate seems the average for Long Beach. I did see a few places for less, but either they are full or you don't find as many positive reviews. It has been very quiet during my stay. The staff have been very kind and efficient. I would choose to stay here again when staying in Long Beach. I appreciate the online reservation system. Verizon and tmobile have been great. I do not need to use my external antennas and still get 50+ download speed on my Verizon jetpack.

Really close sites. They allowed for open spaces between campers whenever possible. We could hear the ocean at night and you’re close to it, with about a quarter to a third of a mile walk to get there, depending on where you’re parked. It’s nice enough, just really, really, really tight.

Small laundry room helped dry towels etc. this is our second stay and I hope to go back to the 28 mile beach, and Anderson’s, again soon!

Although it's a simple, typical gravel parking lot-style park with only a small laundry room and bathrooms, the stay was wonderful. The sites are very level and the gravel is nicely compacted. They’re just north of Long Beach (WA) in the grassy dunes above the beach and the drive to town is maybe 3-5 minutes. The owners were very welcoming. The park was completely full at times, and the sites are close together; but we never felt cramped or encroached upon. Their Internet was slow much of the time, but we have our own (Verizon) and were okay. Most of the other RV parks in the area are well off the beach, but it was just a short walk for us from our RV site. There's no view of the beach, but it's just right there over the dunes. Our fellow RVers would gather their chairs and drinks and head out each night to watch the sunset. The vibe there was great and we seriously contemplated extending our stay for another week.

Close quarters camping, but with all the amenities, clean and very close to the beach. Staff was friendly and accommodating. A couple up-charges for our 5-yo son and to rent a fire ring. Beyond that it was a great experience. Good play area for the kids and a short walk to the beach.
Nice quiet location, easy walk to the beach.

This park advertises two ocean view sites which is misleading. You only have dune views. No one can see the ocean without walking across the dunes. We stayed in a standard site just two from the ocean view site and could hear the ocean waves all night long. The sites are very well maintained with perfect wooden borders and designations but VERY close! Luckily, the owners placed unit every other one so we didn't have neighbors except for two nights on our last weekend. All sites are FHU, level, and gravel. We liked being able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted. The park was extremely quiet even when crowded. The three wooded sites closer to the road are a little larger but shaded. Park WiFi was fair. They tell you on their information sheet that you can stream on it so that slows way down. We did have excellent Verizon with a tower across the street. Each site has a picnic table and fireplaces can be rented. They do have a large room for rallies or parties.
