.....then you'll like this. It is not for everyone; if you're just passing through & need a decent place with restroom, laundry & exercise then it would be fine. Oh, and an added bonus is a real good Gaming Casino! Very little shade, asphalt of course, so very hot in summer (not good for furry critters feet).

This parking lot is clean and well maintained. All the sites seem to be the same size and do not fit anything over 35' total. So your tow vehicle or towed are going to park in the next site over. Fortunately they aren't too busy so there's room for everyone to do that. There really is sewer hookups (at least in the spaces that back up to the grass), but you have to look for them. Water spigot leaks bad. We could have tried another site but just used our onboard water. 50 amp is nice, especially in the hotter months.Didn't use them, but there are restrooms with showers, and a laundry room. Really nice green grass and perimeter trees break up the asphalt surfaces. No WiFi. Satellite access good in most sites.Don't know if security patrols, but there are several lights in the lot.I think we'd find another place if we come back, but this is a good stop for access to Lakeport and the lake itself.Double check any route from Hwy 101 to Clearlake - I wouldn't drive anything other than Hwy 20. We took 29 and 175 and it was a nightmare!
