Pattie, the owner of the park was really nice. We called at the last minute the morning of July 3rd and Pattie was able to get us in for the 3rd, 4th, and 5th of July. Great hookups - 50amp, water, dump. There are nice showers with great water pressure. The Klamath River is right there next to your site - so if you're into fishing you'll love it. Little to no cell signal and no Wi-fi so you will be off the grid. We have a 30 ft. Airstream and had no issues getting into or out of the site. The park is at the end of a neighborhood so keep that in mind. The owner is very dog friendly so we were able to let our super active German Shorthair run around and play with the other dogs. The only real noise was the fireworks - but heck it was the 4th of July so no surprise. What was a surprise was the level of the fireworks - an amazing amateur show. Lots of folks camped at the river had hundreds and hundreds of fireworks.

  • Beautiful piece of heaven

Sleep under redwoods. Friendly owner is very helpful. The river is a short walk down a flower lined path. Its 10 minutes from the Tour Thru Tree and very close to beautiful hikes in old growth redwood forest. Big field for tent camping and large big rig RVs. Full hookup. Also decent unlimited hot shower. My kids loved the tire swing! It was $35 cash or $45 credit card online. The airport behind the rv park is inactive & we slept in peaceful quiet all night long.
