Lots of pricey Class A's and 5th Wheels here, all washed and beautiful. We were small potatoes but were treated well by the management. Not many activities although they have a hot tub, pool and horseshoes. No restaurants or stores nearby. Nice but somewhat out of our league. We were right next to a main road, so there was some noise from it.

I love this place!!! I made the booking online but had to call with some changes and they were so nice and accommodating. When we arrived, Bry, came out to assist us for the check-in. It was my first time backing into any site and he was sooo patient, helpful and encouraging. Our site was next to the bathroom (behind us) but it wasn’t a problem at all - actually quite convenient! We overlooked the beautiful pond filled with ducks and the snow capped mountains in the distance. Everyone we met was super friendly and mostly longtime return guests. Bathrooms were spotless and the pool/jacuzzi was really nice. Everything else closed for Covid but I can’t wait to come back! Close to the freeway and the occasional train would pass but the noise was never a problem. Already booking my next stay!

This campground is off the I-10. It’s a gated campground and we felt safe. However the space is tight. We have a 36ft travel trailer with a Ram truck. It was a tight squeeze. COVID has the clubhouse, library, and gym closed. It expensive for the lack of space and lacking amenities.

There are tall Oleander bushes on each side of site which makes your RV camping site much more private. Paved roads around this large campground with paved pads for RV. There are several fenced grass doggie areas for the pets, 2 small lakes, large heated pool & spa with large patio area with several tables & chairs. you will see white ducks & mallards walking around the campground with no fear. We even opened our door to a roadrunner who seemed perfectly at home with us.

I liked the location so I stopped here for a week. I liked it with the exception that I couldn't figure out why it was so expensive: $60 a night at the weekly rate. The spots were smallish concrete pads with hedges on either side and a bit of grass behind the pad-- nice and clean but nothing particularly special. There is a decent pool but the hot tub wasn't very warm. There is a very nice large grassy area with a gorgeous view of the mountains-- maybe this is the reason for the price? The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The park is across from a higher end Senior Citizen development and close to the I-10 with some highway noise. All in all the place is fine but I moved on to a park with similar facilities and a better price.
