Walkway to the top of the hill and there is a wonderful grocery store with everything you would ever need, a great little Thai restaurant.Tough access and not suitable for Class A rigs. Beautiful ocean facing sites on the beach for tending or Class B/C rigs. Max length on the beach is about 25’ but other sites off the beach that can accommodate up to a 40’ rig.
Beautiful beach, friendly and helpful staff

Saw several people with fish that were gotten by spear fishing as well as by boat. Our side of the park only had water no electric. They do have a dump station which helps. The rules for operating your generator are very limited. 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. That’s it! Bathrooms and showers were old but clean. We got the impression the sites book 12 months in advance. We got lucky on our last minute booking. Super fine dirt and sand so bring a large mat for your entrance.
Great location!

Access to essentially private beach is wonderful. The sound of the waves crashing is very calming. If you go, take your time getting there. Sometimes construction on Highway 1 can slow you down, but if you stay steady you'll make it. The first part of the park are mostly full-time residents. The visiting RV spots are closer to the beach. There are a number of water and electrical spots and some just with water. Those facing the ocean are with water only. There maybe a couple full hook-up spots but those are near the entrance. The dump station is almost impossible to use if you have a rig 20+ feet or bigger. Our rig is 25ft and there was no way I could back up to use the dump station. In hindsight I should have moved some of the cone barriers out of the way so I had a better line to the dump station. It was too tight as it is currently set up. I see that the full time residents have their tanks pumped out by an in-house park service. That service was not advertised and I didn't ask.You park your tow vehicle perpendicular to your RV. For those with 5th wheel with 30+ feet the maneuvering space can be tight when the park is full. Do what you can to get there early. Cell service is spotty with some times of the day better than others. Also cell by the beach is better than at the park entrance. This park has the best WiFi of any park we have visited. We will go again. But essentially you need to reserve months in advance. 30+ days cancellation for a refund if you plans change.
Best view ever

Really special place right in the Cove on the ocean. That was so nice and welcoming. A little trail to a coffee shop and laundromat at the top of the cliff. Loved it

Campsite right on the beach. The beach is a sheltered cove virtually for the exclusive use of campers. Electrical and water hookups. Dump-site available. Spotlessly clean bathrooms. Good wi-fi. Some big rigs accommodated. Heard the sounds of the sea all night and totally unaware of any road noise. A great "find"!

Absolutely loved it. The private beach was magic! Our spot was one behind the beach spots. So glorious! Tess was great and extremely helpful. Our dogs had the best time on the beach as there were no leash laws. Highly recommend
Great little campground right on the beach!

As our trip was in November lots of State Campgrounds were closed. Anchor Bay came up on Campendium and Inwas glad i did - as it was perfect! Friendly hosts, we got an ideal site on the waterfront, discount rate for winter, and free wifi and nice clean restrooms and coin showers! What more could you ask for? Maybe a nice little town just up a small trail with grocery store, laundromat, Mexican and Thai restaurant, plus a coffee shop for morning! What's not to like here!
