Majority of park is mobile homes. One section of RV sites. Some permanent. Six miles from I5.Elevation of 5000 ft. Stayed here rather than "down the hill" near Bakersfield and 109°Our site was very large back in, 40' wide and 60' deep. Slight grade, all gravel. FHU. Has a DTV dish mounted. Probably from previous full timer.? Guessing focus is permanent residents and transient RVers are accommodated IF space available. Very few RV sites. Doing an overnight, didn't check out the park. Temperature was perfect. Black bear and deer sometime wander through. PROS: very quiet, clean mountain air, big site with easy access. No deposit requested, just name and date. Management/owner very pleasant. Nice neighbors in the park. Good water. Beautiful night sky.CONS: Dated park. Road to RV row lumpy and bumpy. Verizon access extremely poor. Neighbor said ATT was dominate in area and works well.
