Nice location but park models and permanent residences take up most of the space.

This park in no longer taking travel trailers due to space limitations. Motorhomes only, with size restrictions.

This is definitely a no-frills kinda place. The entire park is simply one big rectangle with two rows of parking spots. Very little site separation, no landscaping, no privacy. Plus it's tight. The entire park is simply one big rectangle with two rows of parking spots. Very little site separation, no landscaping, no privacy. Plus it's tight. If the park is full I don't think big-rigs would have the swing-out space required to get in. So, if you're a big-rig I would make sure to call ahead to see if they have space before making the curvy drive out Hwy 20.That said the owners are super friendly & you get full hookups in a GREAT location to explore Fort Bragg. Plus you have a wonderful deck area (happy hour) by the waterfront, great next-door bar and a fabulous off-leash dog-beach walking distance away. Fort Bragg has tons to do and see too. We loved the laid-back feel of this park and would definitely stay again.Note/ free on-site WiFi but it was completely unusable the entire time we were here. ATT & Verizon worked OK (2 bars LTE on each).

My generosity is rooted in a few things about the park that I found pleasantly surprising.- Perhaps the most laid back private RV park I've visited. Instead of berating us with rules and assuming we were idiots, upon arrival the owner welcomed us gleefully with conversation and hospitality. Further, during our stay, the staff could not have been nicer.- Pay for 3 nights, and the 4th is free ... a pricing discount I do not encounter frequently.- I really like the location nestled in and amongst Noyo Harbor ... a commercial fishing/processing port. There is gritty sense of real; it's hard to describe, but I like it. That said, expect a few sketchy characters; there seemed to be inordinate number of feral-like people ... almost as many as there were cats. I didn't feel unsafe at any point, but did make sure nothing was left unattended.- My dog loved the beach access ... so will yours.- Lots of seafood steps from the park. The park does offer wifi, but I heard it sucked; in fact I never tried to connect. By contrast, both my AT&T and Verizon phones had no issue powering our telecommuting needs during our stay.

As we approached this park and looked down at it from a bridge, I was not impressed. It looked like a gravel parking lot. But as we reached the park, we were warmly welcomed by the owners, Linda and Dusty, and decided to give it a chance. The campsites are pretty close together, but there is a big deck on the water that guests have access to. The deck has picnic tables and chairs and is fenced in, so dogs can go off-leash inside. There are funky signs, old boats and nautical objects decorating the property, which is located walking distance from several restaurants and from a beach that allows dogs. To go to the beach, you have to walk in the street which is not very busy but does have some traffic. The little beach is very nice though. The campground is also close to the famous Glass Beach. The owners were entertaining and welcoming. The park is in a great location for dining out. Walk from your spot to one of the many restaurants in the Harbor. We were not able to get any over the air television.I deducted one star because it's a no-frills park. The second star I deducted was because we had an issue with black ants crawling up our power cable, and all over our rig and we continued to see them a week after we left.
