Spent one night here on our way from So Cal to Oregon. Super convenient access just off I-5. It is a no frills park but sites are clean and we were happy to have a pull through so we did not have to unhook our trailer. Level gravel parking and best sites are along the back row. 5G service with ATT.

Easy on & off the freeway. Large pull-through site with neighbors close by. No need to unhook toad. Level site and decent bath house. Lots of orange trees next door which smelled so nice!

Pictures make this place look better than it is. Narrow site. Staff friendly. If you have to have power & water then stay here. Otherwise, boondock at Harris Ranch parking lot and spend the money on a great steak dinner.

  • Safe overnight stay, no problems

The slot we were given was in the back of the park. We barely had enough room width wise due to all of the stuff our full time neighbor had in their slot (dog run, outdoor equipment, etc.). The bathrooms appeared to be clean, but could use a lot of renovations. Not able to use the wifi so used our hotspot. Lots of barking dogs as we walked around the park. We were able to use our satellite dish plus there were a few over the air channels. We would not stay here again. The sewer connection was kind of strange. The pipe coming out of the ground had a side connection. There was so much dried up dirt underneath we had to dig out dirt just to connect our hose.

This property is smack in the middle of orchards and planted fields. In April the orange blossoms were in full bloom! That's the highlight of the park. It's very close to the highway but the noise was minimal. There's a gas station next door with 2 fast food places inside. (I think a Subway and a Baja Grill.) The pools areas looked tidy even though they weren't open yet. My husband said the office was dumpy. There were a few dumpy looking resident rigs and probably 40 nice rigs that belong to local, probably seasonal workers. Level gravel spaces and the pull thru was plenty long for us. The picnic table space was hard-packed dry dirt with low weeds and gopher holes. They probably should gravel the whole place. We had good utilities...water, electric and sewer. It's not a bad place for an overnight if you don't have high expectations.

This is a pretty worn-out looking campground close to the Interstate. It did have a workable wifi connection at our location.
