We stayed here in March of 2021 at no cost through our Thousand Trails membership. The sites are VERY tight. The campground has a nice little grassy off leash dog park, good laundry facilities and two nice pools and hot tubs. The location is convenient for shopping and exploring.

The place is fine overall - basically just a concrete lot in the middle of the city. Had absolutely no contact with anyone that worked there. They email the assigned site a few days before check in. When we arrived, I went into the office and it was completely dark with no one inside, so we just went to the site. The next day I went into the office again, and same thing, no one there. The place was pretty empty, except some permanent residents and the occasional camper for a few days. Most of the occupied sites seemed like abandoned motorhomes and trailers with FOR SALE signs posted on them (which were in the largest sites the park had). And when I say abandoned, I mean - abandoned. The rigs were extremely dirty with spider webs all over, nothing hooked up, slides in, no vehicles around. It was actually quite annoying because the other sites leftover were quite small. There was a large Solitude parked for about a week, still hooked up to the truck, all slides in, no sewer or electric hooked up, and it was taking up 3-4 spots (parked perpendicularly across the sites, not actually in a site). The worst part was the enormous flying cockroaches in the dog park. The brick walls and tree were crawling with them. One night we counted no less than 8 of them, and they are the size of a silver dollar at least. The dog park is absolutely disgusting due to others not cleaning up after their dogs, smells of urine, dog waste bin overflowing, and extremely muddy at night.

If you're looking to pack up the kids in the RV and go out "camping", this ain't it. This is just like the title says, a parking lot in town. Which, if that's what you're looking for, they are doing quite well. The pads were all concrete and new enough that they weren't broken into rubble from earthquakes. Full hook-ups means 50 amps, water, sewer, basic cable, and free wi-fi. For the wi-fi, there is a paid upgrade, but the free served us well. There are lots of shopping centers locally with the closest one being across the street and down the block.Sites are assigned and there seems to be a lot of long-term, higher-end snowbirds taking up many of them. The one we were assigned had a tree at the back that made it impossible for me to fit in with a 36' travel trailer. I was given another spot with a tree that was off to the side a bit, but a few branches did hit my rig and my front jack was about a foot from the curb. So if you have a long rig, let them know beforehand so you can get a site you'll fit in.Very nice place, well maintained, but no security gate to get in. 8/10 would stay again.

The TT park was full so we tried this one. The park is basic and that’s ok but the site was super sloped so hard to level. It’s all concrete and gravel with very few trees. One side was completely empty so don’t understand why they don’t space rvs out. The other side was packed full. It’s under the airport landing path but the worst part was the shower. It was disgusting. This is especially disturbing during Covid times. Lots of parks in Palm Springs so we’ll be going somewhere else next time. WiFi not to great or easy to access either.

It has two nice pools (one adult only) and a nice hot tub. The Mobile home park (nicely maintained) have full access to the pool area and we found most people using the pool live at that park. Everyone we met were incredibly friendly. All spots are paved. Cons: These are the tightest, most unloved spot we have every experienced in nearly a year of full-time RVing. We barely fit our 31" 5th wheel in the stand our pin stabilizer was nearly in the road. We had to park our TV in the small space provided next to our RV that was so close we couldn't access our passenger doors. Bring as many leveling blocks as you have. We used all 12 we carry with us to get level. If you are longer than 30" and have a nay type of tow vehicle you may want to look else where.

Neighborhood is clean and safe; not a bad trip from Palm Springs. Tight space, not a lot of cover, great for solar and SAT systems.

But again, if your looking to spread out, look elsewhere, these sites are tight. Parking is not an issue but privacy could be if you need space. In most spots you can get your toad or tow vehicle next to your rig, but not all (like mine). I have lovely palms on both sides of my site entrance so could not pull the toad in. The site is about 19-20 feet wide so I had to park across the front, managed but not ideal. The sites are all cement but for some odd reason (CA engineers at their finest) they are also extremely sloped, I mean extremely. Be prepared, to get level my front tires are off the ground which is nuts for a cement pad. Add blocks under your front wheels or be airborne :)
