Had the place all to myself! Most of the sites are fairly even although I found the top tier to have the most level spots for my 24’ RV. The hookups are Conveniently located and the park also has bathrooms with showers, but I didn’t use them at all. Some spots had picnic tables and some didn’t. And if course there’s the pool and bath tub across the street. They also have food but again I didn’t eat there. There is no cell or wifi, so nice!

California Hot Springs is nestled in the foothills of the Sierra and is technically within the boundaries of Sequoia National Monument. Camping is on grass with full hook-ups (water, electric, sewer), across the road from the incredible hot springs. When camping there you will receive a discount when entering the hot springs. Campground is about half hour drive from the "Avenue of Giants" and there is nothing better then soaking in the big pool (warm) or in the 2 jacuzzis after a hike or simply relax all day on one of the loungers around the pool. There is a very small shop offering sandwiches, ice-cream and breakfast and a few shelves with canned food, freezer as well as camping equipment. The owners are really friendly hosts. Please note: there is NO Internet, and NO phone reception. A place to truly get away!!!
