They escorted me to my site. The paved paths through the park are one way, and quite narrow in places. This promotes you do keep the 7mph speed limit in the park. There is no ATT coverage, but Verizon works. Satellite dishes don't work due to the trees, but they have 18 TV channels on their cable to each site. There's lots to see around the area, Frazier Falls, Sardine lake, Grant lake. The RV parks is next to railroad tracks. The train blows it's horn as it crosses the street next to the park. However trains are not frequent, about 2 or 3 a day, not bad. However that horn may happen at 5 or 6am somedays. Otherwise the park is very quiet. There's lots of activity equipment, such as horse shoes, shuffle board, kids playground, grass area to toss a ball around. Pretty nice place.

  • Very clean park.

Our site was $39 for 30amp and water, no sewer but then there was a 9% tax, and then there will be a $2 pet fee, $4 child fee and $6 adult fee if there are more than 2 adults. No checking in after 7:00 PM although if you are registered you can come and go after 7:00. It’s a pretty sharp left turn off the hiway if coming from the east onto Little Bear Road and then again leaving and getting back on the hiway going east. The overhead cable lines were a bit low in site 68. The grounds are immaculate, lots of tall pine trees, lots of shade. Older restrooms but they are very clean. Many sites are rented by the month by nice, newer RV’s. Cabins are available for rent. Laundry, dumpstation, friendly employees, recycling, horseshoes, green grass space where dogs are not allowed, unfenced off leash area, picnic tables, fire pit, small store in the office. There are train tracks nearby but a train was rare. You can hear highway noise but not too bad.

  • Great spot, very clean.

Great location and beautiful campground. Grounds are very clean and quiet. On the subject of quiet, there are train tracks nearby and you will hear the train, but only a couple times a day.
