Very clean, 24 hour security, very friendly staff. The staff called us the morning of our arrival to check in and confirm whether or not we needed anything special or would be arriving late. Check-in was quick and easy. The kids enjoyed the pool when we were not visiting Disneyland. One thing to be aware of - you might need a long sewer hose. We had a back-in spot and the sewer (and water and power) connect was at the very back of the spot. I needed to buy an additional 10' extension to reach it (which was available at their market at a fair price).

The park was clean and quiet, the restrooms and showers were very nice. The shuttle to Disneyland stops just a few feet from the park but didn't run late enough for us to catch a ride back so we walked and it really wasn't too far even for two seniors. Be sure and let the bus driver know if you are 65 or over and the fare is really cheap. The staff and management were more than helpful and very friendly and we will definitely be back.

This trip, we had made a mistake on our reservation and only were registered for two nights, but the staff was very accommodating and moved a few things around so that we could stay for all three nights. It's definitely worthwhile to pay the small premium for the sites that have a grass/picnic table area. Wonderful viewing spot for the nightly Disneyland fireworks!

Though bus not reliable for returning. Our pad was badly sloped. Leveled best we could. No cable but plenty of off-air TV channels to choose from. More than cable would provide. Had deluxe pad which meant shielded from traffic noise which it was and a small patch of grass. Tight spot and right next to neighbors. They seem to allow late night arrivals so it can get quite noisy at midnight if you have an empty site next to you. Office closes at 5pm.

It is also very close to Downtown Disney parking. I was impressed with how quiet this park was for the location. The front half of the park is for travelers and the long term (packed in like Sardines) is in the back half. Our site was unique. It was a short 40 foot site, so they gave us the site next to us for parking the truck in. There was grass between our site and I really liked the location as it was not up in the front. The longer sites up in the front of the park were longer, but closer to Harbor Blvd. I would stay here again when visiting the amusement parks. For us, it was worth spending more money on the RV park and not having to pay the daily parking fees at the amusement parks. One day we walked to Disney, another day I took an Uber. :) The girls in the office were nice and the laundry room was great. Sadly they do charge $4 per day, per child...or person, if you have more than 2 people.

The park is easy to find during the day, but is easy to miss the sign and the driveway at night. The entry and exits seems backwards, but worked based on how the park is laid out. Monthly tenants are in the back and the daily/weekly visitors in the front. The staff were friendly and the grounds were clean. Lots of dogs living in the monthly residents area, so some barking but lots of people out walking and being social in the evenings. We stayed over the 4th of July specifically to visit Disneyland and watch the fireworks. Our child didn't make it to 9pm in the park, but it was no problem because the RV park has front row seats to the show; almost better than the park itself because the fireworks are shot off from the northern backlot of the park. Even over the holiday, we were able to get a parking pass for a friend who came to visit. The downsides are that the park is cramped and not in a stellar area of Anaheim, but with so few choices in Orange County to begin with, this is a great (and seemingly safe) choice if you want to visit Disneyland. We walked (in the rain with a child in the stroller) and it was fine. If you don't want to walk, you can purchase an ART Bus pass that drops you off right at the entrance of Dland and picks you up just outside the RV park. The other drawback is noise. Harbor is a very busy street and so is Katella. There's traffic around the clock, not to mention the 5 freeway next door. And if you don't like fireworks, don't stay here during the weekends and seasons that Disneyland puts on their show.

There's a heated pool and a new gazebo area. The laundry facility is clean and has plenty of machines at a decent price. There's an arcade and putting green near the tent area. You can purchase snack and even camping equipment you may have forgotten in the office. I was surprised the prices for dump hoses were equal to Walmart. You'll see and hear Disneylands nightly fireworks show from your site.
