Due to severe weather we had to cancel our first night. We arrived and the gentleman said he was not going to charge us for the first night. Cable is excellent and the WiFi was good.

Easy check in. The park is clean and well maintained. There is a big dog park area for your pooch complete with baggies. Laundry and shower for daily campers. Someone started a puzzle, so go finish it!

  • Friendly, clean & quiet.

The park is family owned and the man who checked us in was friendly and helpful. This campground has gravel interior roads and level, gravel sites that are 30’ by 60’. Our site #25 was long enough to park the 38th foot 5th wheel and also the truck. We have no shade in our part of the campground (there is a small tree but it doesn’t provide and shade), but some other sites do have shade. There are 48 sites; most are pull through, some are back in, and all sites have FHUs. There is Wifi (that works) and cable, but as usual, we set up our portable Dish. Both ATT and Verizon cell signals work well. There is a picnic table at each site; there is a large dog park, a pavilion, a playground, restrooms, showers, and a laundry. They offer Good Sam, AAA, and FMCA discounts on nightly rates. They also offer weekly and monthly rates. We would return here.

All the conveniences one needs not too far from the park. As other reviewers have noted, gravel lots, full-hookup, laundry and three showers onsite. Showers are off-limits for monthly guests. Park has some shade trees and a small store of sorts. Check-in was easy and we were able to make reservations for our site the morning of, as is our standard practice when traveling (as we assess our day's journey). Office, laundry and bath facilities are fighting a moist crawlspace issue, with some mildew smell in the complex. Observed a large fan set up to blow into the crawlspace in an attempt to air it out. Other than that shower/baths were clean and in good working order.

Great, clean and quiet place to stay. Owners were friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our stay very much, and it was close to restaurants and shopping, when we wanted to get out.

This campground is pretty nice, but not particularly outstanding in any regard. Gravel-only sites are narrow but wide enough for slides and canopies. Has everything you’d normally expect in an RV park: full hookups, cable, laundry ($1.50 load), open, but in-fenced field for dogs in the back. Everything seems neat, clean and safe. There’s a recently added long-term lot at the rear of the site. I Personally, I wouldn’t have any reason to stay here more than one night but others seem to find it acceptable for a much longer stay.

  • Not fancy, but a nice spot for a few nights.

It's very pretty with lots of trees and grass. Sites are a little close together for our liking but that's not unusual. Check-in was quick and friendly. Verizon was very slow (2 bars), AT&T was decent (2 bars), T-mobile was pretty fast (2 bars) and the free campground WiFi actually was pretty fast (exactly 3 Mbps). There's no dog area, but we walked ours through the campground and one of the nearby streets. We would return here again for a few nights.

The interior roads are narrow for larger rigs but doable. Sites are close together. We barely fit our 45 motorhome in our site and had to park the car in the grass. In fact, it was a little nerve wracking as our mirrors extended some into the interior road. The WII FI was ok but slow. Check in was a little strange as the owner was in and out running errands. He guided us into our site, and said he would be back later to check us in. Later was almost 9:00 pm. The owner is very nice it was just unusual to have someone knock on your door so late to pay for your stay. Apparently, they are adding more sites as they have been busy with out of town workers staying for long periods of time. We snagged the last spot when we stayed.
