Staff was great. I had site 22 which has tons of room and is an end spot. Very roomy and all sites seem level. WiFi works great. Hy Vee 2 blocks away. Close to highway but that’s fine with me. Doesn’t get much better for a quick overnight stop. May even stay another night!

Open year round in an area where it can get cold in the winter. Full hookups with insulated water pipes, as well as cable hookups and WiFi. It is located about 1/2 mile from highway but traffic noise didn’t bother me and I usually hear everything. It is near train tracks but recently that seems to be the rule rather than the exception.
