Stayed here while visiting friends in Palm Bay. Hook Ups are on the passenger side at the rear and Septic is under your rig or at the rear of the site. (There are two sewer hookups at each site). People were friendly and the sites are well maintained. Would stay here again! Shoutout to Dick for the parking assist!
Gem of Place if you can live with their Rules

LOL.It is a park that was established in the 1970's and is well-spaced. You park your truck next to your camper instead of in front of it. They also provide a small storage shed. It is a quiet and safe community. They don't offer much in amenities. They don't have laundry or a pool But they do have a Woodworking place along with a big community center. You can get mail there if you stay for at least 30 days and pay a refundable $10 for a mailbox. Otherwise, UPS and FedEx deliver right to your door. They don't have a bathhouse either. Most residents use part of their shed for their washer and there are drying yards. We were able to use the local laundry mat. This is a 55+ community that doesn't allow pets or kids. Kids can visit for short stays but aren't welcomed full-time. One shareholder joked that LYH gets jumpy if you mention you have a goldfish. Also, you can't work unless you get board approval. They prefer you volunteer your time but volunteering wasn't pushed upon us. You are close to the Melbourne airport so you get planes flying above but other than that, there isn't much noise. The place is very clean and tidy. The residents are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a 30-minute drive to the beach. We decided it was a gem of a place for the low cost and ease if you can live with the rules.

So first this is a membership/owner location. The people that live here ether full time or snowbirds make up the board for the rules and guidelines. First make sure you survey the site. My trailer is 9 ft wide and 39 ft Long, they are just now widening the sites. I was not in one. Took forever to park. No electric when I got here. They have 50 amp service, water and dump at each site. The have cable hookup as well but there are 48 air channels so didn’t use it. No wifi on site except in clubhouse. It’s very clean and quite except for construction.
Might work if you meet the specific criteria

All guests are required to be over 50 years old, and cannot work. We are both retired, and have no kids or pets, but only one of us is over 50, so we were rejected. We have had no trouble staying at other age restricted spots when one member of a couple meets the age requirement, so found this place strangely strict. The office staff was nice enough when we spoke to them, despite having weird rules and very limited office hours (M-F 9-2:30).
