New Owners, as in the day we arrived. Very welcoming and helpful though. Place is in the midst of getting updates. Smaller sites, but all the things you could want. $2 coin washer and dryer. It’s all clean!

Dogwood Springs is at the top of our most favorite stays. From making a reservation to checking our the managers were top notch, caring, and thoughtful. My husband and I enjoyed the managers, Caleb & Jenn plus adorable little boy, so much. We've stayed at Dogwood Springs a few times over the last couple of years, and we hope/plan to return again. The park is cozy and larger than it seems on initial arrival, and our large rig fits in at least 2 of the many spots. The park is cozy and larger than it seems on initial arrival, and our large rig fits in at least 2 of the many spots. The park has FHU, along with renting cabins and tent sites, and it's located in an ideal spot for approaching a number of great hikes, the Buffalo River, and a ton of notable rock climbing sites (9 miles from HCR). The campground is kept neat, and we enjoyed the swimming pool a few times on our recent stay. The owner of the park couldn't be more helpful, and I'll have to disagree entirely with another reviewer... we've experienced nothing but great hospitality and help while staying and this extends to the park pup, who is super friendly and as laid-back as a pup can be (and we travel with a high-energy dog ourselves). While we didn't make use of them the park also offers showers, bathrooms, and laundry, and the other campers we spoke to seemed content.
