Ideal campground for a quick night on the move down I-40. Campground check in was easy, price affordable, the pull through sites level, clean, and convenient, and the campground incredibly close to the interstate with shops conveniently right nearby. Great spot to stop en route!!

  • Great spot right off the highway for an overnight

Great spot hidden behind a shopping area. Right off the highway with large pull-through sites, a friendly camp owner and full hook-ups. No laundry or bathroom facilities, but perfect for what we needed.

  • Great place to stay overnight, right off the highway.

Great place to stay overnight, right off the highway. Reasonably priced. While you are there, travel down the street and try Delta Q BBQ. It doesn’t disappoint.

Once you exit from I 40 (heading west), take a right at the first stoplight by the Exxon gas station. Watch out for the big pothole! There is a small sign. You will think you are going into a strip mall. Immediately behind the gas station is a small sign for Delta Ridge on the right. The road is a bit rough until you get into the campground but it’s short. Called the phone number on sign at the entrance, and owner gave us our site number. Interior roads and sites are nicely graveled. Sites are a bit narrow but long enough for MH and toad. Mostly level but leaned a bit to the driver’s side. There is a strip of grass and a tree or two between sites. Utilities placed appropriately, and we had no problems. The owner was very pleasant to interact with. He obviously takes pride in his park, and it shows as it is neat and well-cared for. He came to the RV for payment and instructions. Satellite should be ok as there are no real trees to block the signal. Verizon 4g 2 bars. WII FI works but it’s a too slow for my patience level. I don’t understand the reviews that say you can’t hear the traffic from I-40. It is loud and constant. At one point, I honestly thought they were plowing through the RV park. If I could just move this park to a quieter place, it would get a rave review.

We are away from others. You are close to Walmart, little shops, McDonald’s, etc. So close you could walk. Despite that you don’t feel like you are behind shopping area and next to the interstate. I will be saving this for our route between Ohio and Texas. I called. I was told to pick site between certain sites. Owner would be by to pickup registration card (you get at box at stop sign on way in) and payment. Good value. Great WiFi

From the first interaction on the phone (made the reservation same day) our experience was good. Both folks we dealt with were awesome and they made sure we had good directions. Our arrival was much later than expected and Gary had great communication with us since we would be arriving after closing time. We arrived late, but had no problem finding the spot (had several choices) and were able to set up with no issues. After a good night’s sleep, we met Gary in the morning as he was working on the plants around the park. It was very clean and well kept. Overall a good experience and will stay here again when passing through.

Some freeway noise, grass between sites, no picnic tables, no bathrooms, some restaurants close, Recommend The Seafood place in the yellow building. Some pull thru, I think about 30 sites, minimal shade from young trees. Friendly staff.

It was long enough for our class c motorhome plus toad. We did not unhook since we were only stopping for the night. There are no showers/restrooms so your rig will need to be self contained. We did see a few restaurants plus gas stations within walking distance to the campground. It was an easy check in for the site. We paid $33 cash for the night. We were able to call enroute to the campground and he held a spot for us. The only negative spot we had for the site was that we had issues with the campground electrical box throwing the breaker a couple of times. It is near to the interstate, but with the a/c on the road noise did not bother us. The sites are about 8-10 feet apart. Also, no real shade for the campground. We would probably stay here again if needed.

When I called, he texted the directions to my phone, making finding the location so easy. There is shopping and eateries within walking distance. The camp is very easy on/easy off from I-40, and with that comes some highway noise, but nothing extreme. The sights are gravel, pull through, full hook-up and relatively level. I didn't do anything but put down the stabilizer jacks. There was rain before I arrived and 2 of the days I was there, but not much mud and quick drying out. The park also has free WiFi, but I got better results using my Verizon phone as a hot spot. No cable but I was able to pick up quite a few TV channels with my antenna. I will definitely add this park to my places to stay while traveling through the area for sure.

About 37 sites total but there are some permanent trailers in about half the sites (almost all back in sites had what seemed to be permanent trailers). The park was green grass and clean. Most of the pull thru sites are long for bigger trailers/MH but I would suggest if you have a very, very long MH + Trailer, you call ahead to reserve a longer site. The entrance is not well marked but you turn right after passing the Ole Sawmill Cafe. Grocery store (Food Lion), some fast food restaurants and of course the Ole Sawmill Cafe is nearby. I know Memphis is about 35 miles away so may make for a good base camp as the price is right. Road noise is there but didn't bother me. Overall, really enjoyed my stay. Not sure if it is cash/check only, I paid cash.
