We stayed for 11 nights in site 22. Staff is very friendly. The park is very clean and well groomed. Sites were level and fairly sized. After hours arrival was an easy process. I had a package delivered to the camp office. Everything was a great experience. Verizon was about 4-8down. ATT was in the 20-30range down. This was a great stay.

They have back in and pull thru RV sites, tent sites, cabins and treehouses. Located very close to Fayetteville, it’s a great home base for exploring all of NWA. The owners have created a near perfect campground!Note: Sites 23 and 24 are perfect for families with small children because a “yard” is created in the corner between the sites which makes an excellent safe place to play.

Great people, great facility, great location. We loved our stay. It will be our “home away from home” while our son attends The University of Arkansas.

Our experience here has been great. From the staff to the grounds amenities and upkeep have been phenomenal. The only downfall i would say is the WIFI is sub par, but they give you full disclosure of that on their website. We plan to come back multiple times, as we return to visit family.

We stayed here a week so my husband could work while the kids and I explored. It was clean and well run. Site was just barely off level and was easy to set up in. Would definitely stay here again as a jumping off point for exploring northwest Arkansas.

We have 2 daughters in Fayetteville and are fulltimers. This is a really nice RV Park with pool, volleyball, basketball, on-site laundry, store and STORM SHELTER. They have a variety of cabins, treehouses (house on stilts next to trees). A really sweet couple (co-owners) live on site and manage day to day.

Paved streets with a pool, dog run, volleyball, basketball court, laundry facilities. Owners are very nice and prices are decent for a resort. Sites are level and park taken care of well. I don't normally stay at resorts, but not a lot of options inside city of Fayetteville, AR and I needed a place I could work with good ATT signal. Only downfalls were since it is a new park, the trees are small and not a lot of shade and limited grassy areas to walk dogs.
