The manager was really kind, thorough with information and was generous in offering to me that we could call back if anything wasn't clear. $33/night for 30 amp hook up. Cash only. It's a few turns off the highway and reasonably well-marked even in the dark. The grounds looked to be home to longer-term RVers with fences, ATVs, more stuff. We were in and out in 10 hours, so I did not see the entire place. I didn't find anything remarkable in terms of natural features or a reason to return. Site 8 is right near the bathrooms which were very clean, basic pull-through with 50/30 power. Washer and dryer in the fore-room. Showers were likely in a separate building. Parking in front of the building if one required it. The site was flat and the electricity worked well. The typical cars in and out occasionally overnight, but overall very quiet place. Wasn't sure if the picnic table was for Site 8, looked like it might have been a fold up belonging to the neighboring renters.I was uncomfortable seeing the Confederate flag hung in a lot neighboring ours.

Stopped on our way back to Ohio. This is a gem of a place and would highly recommend. We called last night and luckily, there was a site available (all sites are FHU). Nice walking path and pond. There are a lot of permanent residence, but the park is neat and peaceful. ???????????????????? We didn't use bathroom or showers.

Good location to be able to sight see in both Little Rock and Hot Springs. They have long mostly flat pull through sites. Good bath rooms with great warm showers. Used the laundry also all worked well.

Owner and camp host very nice and accommodating. Site was gravel and level. FHU with good ant. tv and phone services. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Did not use laundry or restrooms facilities.

They have the hookups so you end up facing your neighbor which is a little off-putting if you aren't traveling together but it is what it is. There was plenty of space in between sites with the majority being pull-thrus that can accommodate big rigs. We didn't use the bathroom facilities or laundry facilities but they appeared clean. There were 2 washers/2 dryers when we were there. The staff, especially Glen, were friendly. If you see the donkey and goats when you're there, they like carrots and yes it's ok to feed them. The location for us was not ideal (my fault for not researching better, not the campgrounds). Unless you are visiting someone in the area or have another reason for being there (or it's just an overnight stop), it's not super close to either Hot Springs or Little Rock.Site quality only got 3 stars because well, it's dirt/pine needles and no matter what you do, every time you walk outside you bring it back in with you.

  • Nicest host ever! Quiet stopover.

The overnight sites are set up so that you are facing the next site - a little unusual - but my neighbors were super nice and we had a lovely chat before dinner. Water, electric and sewer all worked great. It's about 35 minutes to Hot Springs, so keep that in mind if you are thinking of spending time there. There is highway noise at night, so run your fan or bring earplugs. The best part of my stay was the owner stopping by to tell me my truck tire was flat late in the afternoon. We looked at it, and he offered to come by at 8 am with his air compressor to fill it so that I could drive to JJ Auto right across the highway. Not only did he come by at 8 am and fill the tire as promised, he also followed me over to the tire repair place to make sure I found it, and helped negotiate the repair. It's a big truck center, so it was great to have a guide to find my way. My tire was fixed immediately and I was on my way. I couldn't recommend this RV Park more because of the very accommodating and kind hosts! Thank you JB's RV Park!

As a woman traveling alone I found this overnight spot on a long trip a beautiful haven. Beautiful surroundings and quiet and the owner very friendly. And for the price, so well worth it! Although I only used the electric and water and did not need to dump.

Called again when we were around 4 hours away. Again “no problem”. “Take any open space between 1-9.”It was a blessing that when we arrived there were no space available. If that is what RV parks look like,.....we’ll stay at Cracker Barrel parking lot (which was what we did). Old & broken down, spaces on top of one another and just plain scary. Don’t understand the 3-star rating but let’s be a little more honest and a little less PC.

The spot was long enough that we could have parked the toad in front of or behind the MH. Owners/Managers are super nice and will give you tips on things to do in the area. We wish there was a place like this everywhere we stay. A+

It's the type of place where Confederate flags are flown proudly (we counted 3), indoor furniture is used as outdoor furniture, and campfires are kept ablaze morning and night. Very woodsy feel, with a bit of highway noise to remind you that you are near enough to civilization to escape another uprising of the South if need be. There is a donkey who will tell you it's time to wake up at 7am if you aren't already up. Owner/management was very friendly. We called a few hours before showing up and he told us to come on over and enjoy an H2O/50A site (FHU were all full). The place is just off the highway, but you've got to do some turning and situating to get into the campground. The campground roads are not what I would call 'wide' or 'level', but they aren't difficult to traverse (even in a big rig) either. The sites are not overly level, but they aren't incredibly janky either. Much of the campground is full-time parkers, but they are set back from the transients. Transients get extra long pull through spaces beneath trees. Our hook-ups were a bit further away from our space than we would like (pull out the second water hose). The dump station is janky. We're pretty daring with where we'll take our rig, but we decided that we would not be taking our rig through it even if we direly needed to. Although we can make an impressive dent in a gray/black tent in one day, we weren't able to fill them up in one evening - so luckily, we didn't need to.Bathrooms/showers/laundry are basic, but very clean. Laundry is $1/$1.25.There is a pond towards the back of the campground. I don't know if you can use it - probably. There is a paddle boat on it and we saw fish jumping about. Didn't think to test our Verizon/AT&T (sorry - we showed up / left after / before work hours), but I was able to use some apps on my Verizon (phone) while there. Our friends reported coming in after dark the night before us and not having a problem pulling in/setting up; they were greeted by management in the morning (friendly greeting).
