Over an hour to the Grand Canyon and nothing else around.

Indoor pool, race cars, bounce pillow, etc. Sites were pie shaped, narrow, and most not very level. Almost wasn’t able to get my travel trailer (39’) to make the turn the guide in the golf cart wanted me to make to get in… had to back into a pull through site because the space between trees was too narrow. Clean and effective laundry room, reasonably priced. Wifi only available near camp store and it was rubbish. Verizon service was awful. T-Mobile was pretty good though. I worked all week on the T-Mobile connection.

More like they don’t want to pay people to operate them unless it is a busy holiday weekend. The sites are unlevel and require heavy duty leveling jacks, our motorhome had to have all the tires on the passenger side lifted off the ground to get level. Save your money. For half the price you can go to the KOA journey up the road, it is way closer to the Grand Canyon and the amenities are the same. Laundry facilities were filthy.

This may have been the tightest fit I've been in yet.-site was VERY uneven. this was the highest I've ever had to pull up on my curved levelers and it made me super nervous. But nothing happened, just glad we had a step stool to help us get in. it didn't look that uneven when pulling in but it was.I would still stay here. it got quiet at night, was very convenient to both Williams and Flagstaff. You could have a great time just staying here in camp! it is close to the interstate but the noise didn't really bother me.

Pretty park nestled in pines. The sites are tight and quite unlevel. The office staff were extremely nice as was the man that led me to my site. There was a nice indoor pool, but I did not use. It was good to have a fenced in dog area. There was some road noise but not bad.

Neighbors' picnic mat was touching the site's sewer connection - felt bad hooking up sewage right next to them. Adults and children were continually walking through our site even though there is a designated pedestrian pathway 5 ft away. Had to keep the A/C on to mute the outside noise (you're very close to your neighbors).WiFi was non-existent because the park was so crowded. T-Mobile and Verizon didn't work at all when we were there.

Great WiFi during our time, from 7am until about 4pm. WiFi (and cell service, for that matter) basically unusable after 4pm when everyone is on. Lots of side by sides/razors and buggies. Fair share of trump supporters but we had no contact. Everyone we spoke to was super nice. Lee is super cool, all staff interactions were positive. It was quiet - no loud partiers, but every power pedestal has a super bright light on it and that killed the stargazing and dark nighttime. We stayed during the Covid-19 pandemic, no staff wore a mask (neither did almost any other visitors). Pool was full of kids. Mini golf and go karts available and reasonably priced, but is that why you go to an RV park?Water pressure was on the low side, 30 amp was reliable, some sites have no septic but there is a dump station. Spots aren’t particularly level.Overall a decent experience, and would stay here again in a pinch. Reminded us of summer camp, which was fun.

Full hookups with sewer and water but we paid for a 30amp spot instead of 50amp to save a little money. Stayed in spot 48.We called ahead as we were driving over and asked if they had any spots available. We were a bit surprised that they only had a couple spots available since it was after peak summer season in mid September but luckily they got us in. We asked if we could check in early since we were just 30 minutes away. The office staff and other employees we met were all very friendly and helpful. The pool is small and the kids got bored pretty quickly, but it was fun for a little while. The hot tubs strictly prohibit small children (per AZ state law it states on the signs and employees entered several times to remind kids). The kids enjoyed the cart ride around the park, the typical KOA jumping pillow and the playground. There were plenty of other kids around to play with.Small con was that a lot of the fun stuff your kids will see from the freeway as you pass by cost money... the mini golf, rock climbing, pedal car racing around the playground, and gokarts (have to be a little older) have fees. It's also pretty comical that this park is advertised as being close to the Grand Canyon. It's at least an hour into the national park. But there aren't many other RV parks much closer.

I thought pretty affordable, but would have been nice option to pay for wristbands for all day/weekend play for people staying there. Great dog area, hiked the trail, grounds were very crowded but decently quiet and friendly campers. Staff was friendly and very welcoming, lots of them patrolling and busy on the grounds all day/evening, so I believe that helped keep people in check. Took my dogs on a walk around 10pm and the grounds were very quiet. Some people sitting around fires but not loud or disrespectful. Took a day trip to the Deer Farm (15 min drive) and a quick look around Downtown Williams (10 min drive). Bathrooms and showers were clean. Pool was full Friday night, shut it down on Sat so they could get chemicals back in check. This was disappointing for my kids, but understandable. Loud highway but we didn’t mind. Would go with my kids again. My 4 star rating was only because I would rather camp somewhere secluded but it’s very nice to have places like this to help keep kids busy once in awhile.

We chose this KOA because it was easily accessible to planned activities in Flagstaff and Grand Canyon. What no one at KOA ever told us, and Google wasn't aware either, is that due to current construction on I-40, this campground's exit is closed westbound. So coming from the east, we had to drive a little more than a mile to the next exit and turn around. However, the detour to go one mile west on I-40 to get to the exit for Grand Canyon takes you east on I-40 for twelve miles! We added 30 minutes to our trip simply to go one mile west. There HAS to be back roads, even if they're dirt, to avoid that nonsense, so I was irritated that no one at the KOA would mention it upon registration or check-in as I'm guessing a lot of people staying there head to Grand Canyon at least once during their stay here.Other than that, it was an okay place to stay.It really is right next to I-40. We could see and hear the highway from our site, which was also a surprise because most campgrounds place tents towards the back or in an out-of-the-way area. Not here. While the RV sites were arranged in a circle under lots of trees, the tent sites felt exposed. It was sunny and open and really not the woodsy campsite we were looking for. We followed a host on a golf cart to our site, which was an unlevel square of gravel with a huge rut on one side and one lone pine tree on the other. I immediately asked if we could get one with more shade, "Like this one right next door maybe?" as there were no other campers in this rectangle of ten tent sites. He said, "I can't do that, Darlin'. You gotta drive back to the office and work that out with them, Darlin'." He was condescending and rude, but the woman in the office was kind and helpful. We switched to the site next door which was more level and had an extra tree. It still faced the back of the go kart garage and the road, but what can you do? The restrooms and showers were clean and convenient. We didn't use the pool or the mini golf, but the kids enjoyed the gaga ball court and giant pillow immensely. We all rode the go-karts one night. It's $8 for five minutes (about 8-10 laps maybe). It was okay. Nothing spectacular. If the freeway exit is open, this is a good base for both Flagstaff and Grand Canyon.

It's very shady and woodsy, very clean and the staff is friendly. The campground is tight, roads are a bit hard to navigate and the sites have no privacy. They put me in site #5 which has to be the worst site. I could not fit my tow vehicle as well as my 34ft RV even though I specifically reserved a site for my RV+Tow vehicle. I had to park the car elsewhere. The outer loop is better as you don't have people walking through your site all day and night to go to the pool/game room. There's a nice hiking trail right behind the campground and 2 huge dog parks for the doggies. Cell was strong. I was able to stream with T mobile fine, I didn't try streaming with Verizon or ATT.Highway noise is a problem here and they keep the entire campground lit up like Christmas to the point of light shining through the windows all night. It's a bit overkill with the lights. The amenities were great. Indoor pool, game room with a nice pool table and air hockey as well as a few video games. There's a large go kart track onsite and mini golf, horse shoes and play ground. Kids would have a blast here. Cost was a bit high at $55/night but that's par for the course with KOAs. Site accessibility (Tight campground, somewhat hard to navigate) - 2Campground location (Good location to Williams. (Personally, I would have preferred boondocking nearby but with a large group of trailers it's much simpler to book an RV Park!) This is a nicely maintained park and it's great to be nestled in the tall pine trees. It has easy access to the freeway and to Williams, AZ and is a nice straight shot to the Grand Canyon (about 50 minutes away). They have a dog park and a very nice kids area, along with a miniature golf course. Like many KOAs, if you have kids I think it's an even more appealing place to stay. I have no complaints about the park and if I was in the area I'd likely stay here again if I needed full hook ups. There is a fair bit of freeway noise as well as regular train whistles. Tip: They have to truck in all of their water. So if you're able to arrive with your own tank of water I'm sure they'd appreciate it.
