Came here for two nights, for a set up of new camper. Packed in so tight next to a tree that was dead and only six feet from the next camper. Nothing like the photo posted, as the trees are dying and the sites are dusty, needs work.

Very tight spaces. No grass. Big, old trees overhanging everywhere that need to be trimmed. Old, junky, dilapidated mobile homes throughout. Park backs up to very busy, noisy road. (Main highway from Phoenix to Vegas, so we really didn't expect quiet.) The one good thing I can say is the manager is very kind and helpful. Park was prett...moreVery tight spaces. No grass. Park was pretty full but he did his best to find us a spot big enough.

Stayed here in August 2020. Bev the owner knew we were arriving late and made herself available to check us in. She’s a hands on owner and very accommodating. Bev the owner knew we were arriving late and made herself available to check us in. She’s a hands on owner and very accommodating. Sites are relatively level on dg and some with concrete patios. There are some full time residents that live in their mobile home and the park backs up to a busy street but overall a nice place for an overnight or two. Bathrooms and showers were dated but serviceable. What makes the park a plus is the owner and location.
