It's a mobile home park where they slot you in to empty lots.Let me start off with the good. The staff was REALLY nice, the place is clean, good water pressure, really nice (old but nice) hookups, the water is really close (1 mile maybe?) and it's a neat little area for some short walks around the park/motel/marina. The bad. (see above Re: mobile home park). Roads are pretty narrow, and the site we were in was SHORT. Our 37 Ft RV JUUUUUUSTTTTTT fit. Thankfully we were the only ones in that little 3-site section. We needed all the room we could get to get in/out etc. We mistakenly thought the campground just north of the marina was where we were staying, so we had to shift our expectation a bit when we realized we were in the wrong place. All in all, it wasn't a bad experience, just not what we were looking for. We used our kayaks on the lake which was nice and close, otherwise we mostly stayed inside. No fire pits, no real room outside, no TV reception. Verizon had good signal though. We'd stay here again, but it would be strictly for access to the water and the hookups not just for hanging out.
