The RV Park is what you would expect in Arizona. It caters to the retired snowbird and has the amenities you would expect...pool, hot tub, library, laundry, activities, etc. In addition, many of the people staying here have UTVs. We don't, so I don't know what trails are out there, but people seem to enjoy them.Note...the office is closed noon to 1...so arrival during that time could be problematic. We stayed in early February and had not trouble getting a spot. I was surprised at how many empty sites there were! The sites are gravel with nice concrete patios. They are full hookups. There is WiFi, but you have to pay for it and it is slow. You are better off with your own hotspot (Verizon works better than ATT, but both work). Over-the-air TV is lacking. We could only pick up ABC. Many of the long term residents had HD TV antennas mounted on tall poles to pull in the Phoenix TV stations. We didn't use the pool, but did use the hot tub. It was about 101 degrees, not hot enough to suit us. But we enjoyed it. The laundry has 12 washers ($1.75) and dryers ($.75). Count on having to run the dryers twice to get your clothes cleaned. The Golf portion of the title refers to a small "pitch and putt" golf course. I don't golf, so I can't weigh in on that.Salome is not too far away. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at Don's Cactus Bar in town. Stock up before you come here. Other than a Dollar General, there aren't many stores. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, people were friendly, the place has a nice vibe to it.
Clean and neat but mind the rules

This is a clean park and offers an Escapee discount but you have to be careful of the rules. If you have a dog you can only stay in a small part of the park and you can't walk them past the restricted area.
