Superior service by a very friendly staff. Walked us to our site, helped us park. Pull-through, full hookups. Dedicated pet walk area, convenient laundry facilities. No cable tv, and no over-the-air channels. Far enough from I-10 that we never heard any road noise. Good cell service. Expensive during January, but we expected that. We arrived late Into Quartzite. Most of the RV parks in this area look pretty run down and are closer to the freeway. I boondocked at Plomosa Road for 2 weeks, but then decided to move into an RV park for an electric hookup to run the air conditioning. I drove around town to see every RV park, and chose Quail Run as the best-looking one. I paid for 2 months @ $275/month (summer rate), plus $149 for metered electricity. I left after 55 days when the temperature hit 105 degrees and travel restrictions had been lifted all the way to Idaho and Montana, making a nightly rate of $12.71.The campground was half-full when I arrived on March 31, and almost empty when I left on May 25. It was exceptionally clean and quiet. I don't know if I met the owners, but the workcampers were very friendly. The roads were paved, the sites gravel with concrete patios. Site 6 was a back-in on the south edge, which backed up to a gravel road serving a few houses. The trash service and delivery trucks to those houses were a nuisance driving at high speed and kicking up huge clouds of dust, but that was my only complaint. There really were quail running around, and baby jackrabbits.Voltage was always close to 120 and water pressure was good. I had 4 bars of Verizon 4G, but since Quartzsite has only one tower, data speed was very variable with time of day, from 2-22 Mbps down and 0.2-12 up.

Laundry and rest rooms were very clean, with everything in working order. Maintain the reasonable speed limit within the park and you won't have any trouble. The north Quartzsite location resulted in quiet, restful nights. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets from our large, end of row site. When in need of full hookup accommodations we will definitely return.

They kept the road watered each day so there was never any dust, and we had quick access in and out of the park, without driving through it. This park has a gestapo reputation for their rules, but we didn't experience anything like that. The hosts do patrol in their golf carts, checking for trash and noise I suppose, but they are very friendly. Weight max for dogs is 25 which ours is. They never questioned it. Sites are large for Quartzsite, larger than we've had at most in-town RV parks. Very level, small gravel, 50 amp FHUs, wide interior streets, exceptionally clean sites, clubhouse, laundry. Park was sold out the week we were there and very quiet at night. Walk to Grub Stake restaurant for great fish.It is just a big flat lot with a few trees so no character or views (sunsets were awesome over the neighbors' roof)

It certainly has no bells & whistles for the price they charge but from what we have seen it's about the newest and best kept park in Quartzsite. Utilities are good, sites are level but small. Restrooms have been clean. They have a size limit on dogs, I think 20lbs if I remember correctly. As mentioned they are strict on rules but better that than to loose I think. Easy to maneuver with large rigs.

The speed limit is 5mph on the interior roads, don't go over that or the camp hosts will scold you about speeding through the campground. You get full hookups and everything is very tidy. They have lots of rules and they are not afraid to scold you if you don't follow them. I found most of the people rude at the campground and the hosts just gossiped each time you walked into the office. They do host plenty of card nights, potlucks and other things to keep you plenty busy.I'll be honest, I did not like this place. I think this may have been the place that I finally can accept I really dislike private RV park(ing) lots.PROS:Full hook-upsExtra-wide spacesThey have some nice SaguaroCONS:Expensive for a parking lotSites are somehow not level? Not the friendliest hostsRULES and lots of themDrive slow or you'll be scoldedLast call for laundry is 7:00pm
