This is advertised as a 55 plus park and that I qualify for. There are 2 campgrounds on this bumpy paved road off 95. You pass free camping on your way in.Not a bad road when compared to some really bad BLM roads. Several wash areas you encounter before getting there. So if raining be aware. Looks much better than what google maps show. This to me this was a much nicer park than the one before it that was said to be, a diamond in the rough. Rough I agree. I was quoted an overnight rate of 40$ by the man who met me at the office. There is no way it begins to equal places with cement patios in Quartzsite that charges the very same including tax. Being out of the way maybe it's quieter. No views from sites even though beauty was all around. To me not worth their asking price. For a graveled back-in parking lot. They may have got me to stay for 30$ a night.

We liked it so much, we are going back to stay next week!!

This park needs help. The managers are very nice, but the owners apparently will not spend a dime on it. The water was out for three days and is an ongoing problem. Plug location as noted by others is a joke.No OTA TVWiFi for monthly or longer stays onlyIt is very quiet! The other campers were very nice and the long term and repeat visitors seemed to be resigned to the shortcomings.Site was plenty big for our 24ft TT/pickup and levelI gave cell signal 1 bar because I couldn't get 2 reliablyClean enough on the ground, but the buildings are shabby.

Wanted a 50 amp site but was given a 30 amp site for one night with the option of moving to a 50 the following day. I took it. The sites are level and gravel. They are only wide enough to accommodate my coach with slides and awning out and no more. We moved on the second day to a spot next to the laundry. This site has 50 amp service but is even narrower than the first. My slide came within 6 inches of the eaves of the laundry building when extending it. The 50 amp plug in receptacle was located on the BOTTOM of the electrical enclosure. The enclosures are mounted below standard height and the actual receptacle is less than a foot from the ground surface. To align your male plug with the female receptacle you must either use a mirror to see the openings or lie on the ground and look up to see the openings. The weight of the cord tries to unplug the cord. This is possibly the most stupid arrangement I have ever seen. Clearly, there is no electrical code enforcement in this area.Water pressure dropped off to almost 0 this morning. A combination of water distribution system problems with pumps, and electrical supply caused sediment to be stirred up. This has clogged my input filter to the point almost no water is coming into the coach. I switched over to my on board water supply system. This place is cheap for a reason!

We stayed here while on our way to Phoenix. The managers Miki and Jay are great! They go out of there way to make you feel at home.
